Law Coronavirus the US GOV'T Response analysis Thread v2

I don't think you did. I think you made a bunch of vague accusations that you couldn't back up, and then just awkwardly spiked the ball and ran away.

Then don't worry about it, keep pumping out the quality output, for whatever reason.

Ohio is mandating all businesses reopening require face masks.

Remember just a few months ago when all our leaders and media told us not to wear facemasks?
They don’t protect you from others dummy, they protect them from you

Quite astonishing that ignorant thoughts such as the post you are replying to are still appearing on this forum. Masks have been covered to death in these forums, does anyone still actually not get it.

I think the next few weeks will be very telling about how well the US has handled this. I think we can expect to see most of the country trying to reopen.

Its too late to be like South Korea at this point. How Italy does next will help us explain what to do or not to do

JBS plant in Colorado had over 100 cases 7 deaths from COVID 19. It has 6,000 employees and is reopening shortly after it was closed. No doubt the s%it storm could blow up.

The White House was supposed to get all employees tested. Never happened employees are reporting back to work. Another meat packing plant in Indiana had number of cases the problem is the town they are in saw within days went for a few cases to over 1,000 cases.

The CEO of a local hospital said they are not equipped to handle number of people entering the hospital looking for help. Let's get testing for Pete's sake.

FACT: The US represents 4% of the world's population

FACT: The US has almost 33% of the world's COVID cases

FACT: The US has a little more than 25% of the world's COVID deaths (50,000+)

FACT: The country with the second most cases has less than a quarter than the US

FACT: The country with the second most deaths has half the deaths of the US

FACT: The vast majority of Americans who have been infected and/or died were infected by other Americans

What is it about the US that allows a virus to spread and multiply so much? Other countries have densely populated cities. Other countries have morons and moronic leaders.

The virus started in China but that is irrelevant at this point. It's how you respond to the virus. Isn't it curious that countries neighboring China somehow don't have nowhere near the number of COVID cases and deaths that the US has? In fact, South Korea and Taiwan have beaten back the virus. Hell, China has beaten back the virus.

With a million cases and 50,000 deaths it is clear that the US has the absolute worst response of any country in the world by far.

The reason is clear. While not every American is a moron, enough of them are to make this virus widespread. I don't have to mention Trump. He's clearly an incompetent moron. It's also the all the other stupid Muricans. The ones who thought a non-sentient virus had a US political agenda. Who then thought it was a hoax. Who then did not take it seriously. Who don't believe in science. Then with a million cases, 50 thousand deaths, and no cure or vaccine in sight, want to reopen the country.

Oh and the virus expoaed the so-called greatest medical system in the world.

It's your virus America. You made it yours.

What are the numbers per capita? You dont want to know, might ruin your narrative. We have much more than 1,000,000 cases....

all this stat tells me is that as a nation, we test aggressively, but you're too dumb to figure this out.

Jesus, you fucking weirdos. Do you actually think about other sherdog users during your daily life?

Pretty tacky calling it the US virus, but yes, we monumentally fucked it up. We saw it spreading in slow motion westward and were still caught woefully unprepared.

The way Taiwan dealt with it so early on was impressive. They definitely knew how to respond effectively after the SARS outbreak. They immediately began contact tracing and quarantining thoese infected or potentially infected, they assessed how many masks they would need, idenfitied the 3 key materials required to manufacture masks and stopped the export of these materials. They have set up about 90 production lines so far and are manufacturing around 13 million masks a day. Taiwan's obviously much smaller than the US and other countries that have been badly affected by this, but it's still a matter of making quick and decisive decisions, which most countries didn't do. Neither Boris Johnson or his twin Donald Trump took this seriously at the beginning of the year and now we are paying the price for it.

If only a certain segment of our population stopped patting the Trump administration on the back, we'd reach the capable level of....................Taiwan.........

It's amazing how he's the hero for a lot of people, being an incredible chickenshit. He can't even utter Obama's name when bitching and moaning about him anymore......

That's not how airflow works. Like I said, its not physical. There isn't some magical directionality to the thing which would require a powered mechanism. Any path available to outflowing air when you exhale is available to inflowing air during inhalation.
