Crime Cop who shot 36 y/o woman in her home found guilty of 2nd Degree Murder

One of nhbears fragile ego brothers from Canada.

Oh no... A finger

Ok, derail the thread with your stupid videos. You can go back to the original thread on this incident which I linked earlier in this thread and you can see who has been calling this shooting of Sandra Massey a crime since day one. Hell, I argued aThis bout with one of the biggest twats in the history of sherdog @Joshuaace-pussy actually tapped out due to strikes during the original thread, lol. He was one of the most anti cop posters I have ever seen and claimed to be a defense attorney-yet he couldn’t argue his way out of a paper bag and he wanted bet our sherdog accounts over whether this officer would be charged or convicted of the crime. I was adamant that he would be found guilty-cited case law to the so called lawyer and he still claimed he was right. He lost his fucking mind in that thread-posted below for your viewing pleasure and also as proof that this whole incident had been argued correctly by me.

Your fucking obsession with finding bad cop videos is hilarious like posting some video of a cop in Canada has shit all to do with this shooting. Again, take your bitch ass back to the bad cop circle jerk and take a load on your chest

And again, here is the original thread that was almost fifty pages long where several posters wigged out and some never came back and it’s hilarious-ealcially Joshy boo who would make fun of people living with depression and all manner of mental issues as a way to put down other posters. Again, he is-was a fucking cunt and he hasn’t been seen for over a year. His account still exists but I can’t tag him in here because he either blacked me or prevents me from tagging him because he’s a baby back bitch.

And these were posters who was brave enough to discuss mental health concerns such as severe depression- and that included me dealing with the death of my father a few months before this thread as well as ptsd from all the shit I have seen and done-dead bodies; the murder of children that actually happened in my grandfather’s old home. He got dementia in the end and rented to some poor, sweet piece of trash baby factory and she never paid rent and in fact, charged other people to live there and they paid her money for over a year while we tried to get them legally removed and the fucking magistrate was a fucking tool and refused to give the eviction order despite all the evidence because it was a. Civil landlord dispute despite me presenting case law about evictions and he said he wouldn’t even look at the filed paperwork because this would involve removing children from a home-children that should have definitely been removed from the mom-dad never in the event because he too, was a piece of shit, but this cunt was pregnant with her fourth kid at the age of 21 and was dating a really piece of work that ending up slamming a newborn against a wall because it wouldn’t let him sleep and I had to respond to that. Not only did I see the home where my grandparents absolutely destroyed with holes in every wall, fungus, garbage everywhere, and a cute little drug dealing operation as well as the s end where a baby was
Murdered: a family member brought him into the emergency room when the mother refused thinking of the trouble her bf would get in. Tons of dead bodies, tons of horrible murders, And there’s being shot at and stabbed and insane high speed pursuits-so when I opened up to another poster about these issues just in conversation, he jumped in and jokingly asked if I was going to factory reset myself and not only said it once, but for months-and he’s the one that cracked up in the end? Hilarious-and he’s not the only ones-that cunt, yancy and joe mafia or whatever the hell his name is was tied with Joshua.

I say all this because in my opinion, because of that we have much better transparency in policing in terms of releasing body camera footage almost immediately when a controversial incident occurs-which happens due to two reasons. 1 was the Obama 2016’s presidential commission on 21 st century on policing after the bogus (on the parts of rioters and so called activists, mike brown shooting(go for it, I will destroy you on that one) and second, police have finally figured out that they have to get ahead of these incidents before the ru Les on social media and in the streets take hold and never let up: 2 examples of that-mile brown himself-who robbed a store and used force on the clerk and after h elect, he was walking down the middle of the street high at on pot-smoked from the blunts he stole at the store, and officer Darren Wilson ordered him to get out of the street and only wanted to chide him for being a dumbass for not moving and brown ran his mouth and Wilson went to ext the vehicle with brown most likely thinking he was about to get arrested for the robbery-rushed Wilson still stuck in his cruiser and brown and he fought over Wilson’s gun and then Wilson shot and killed the 6’5 300 lb monster-but his friend that was there claimed that brown was unarmed and had his hands over his head and said don’t shoot and then claimed Wilson shot him several yards away: all proven lies by the justice department etc al. browns dna was splattered all over the inside of the cruiser proving that he was I side the cruiser and not fifteen feet away like the narrative claimed and his dna was all over Wilson’s handgun from him trying to take the officers firearm. So all the protesters and later rioters were shouting “hands up don’t shoot” before browns step father said “burn this bitch down” at a press conference which is exactly what they did as welll as murder other citizens in the chaos. Riots lasted like a week, and to this day, people still say “say his name-mike brown-hands up, don’t shoot” oh, and one of the things you anti police “activists” bitch about also led to more unrest because the department called in crime scene techs from the state police and meanwhile, fergusson of actually did what they were supposed to-secure scene and try to locate witnesses while they had to wait hours for the response team to arrive and take over the investigation while brown lay there dead under a sheet for all the world to stare at while hundreds gathered getting angrier and angrier-again, over a violent thug-yet another one in a long ass list of shitbags people rioted over-the justified shooting of jacob blake who was being arrested for violently dogitslly taking his ex while she slept next to her small child and then he said “you smell like other men.” He fought lolkce while resisting arrest, the taser failed, of course, he was armed with a knife and turned towards an officer attempting to prevent him from stealing a car with three small children inside in what would likely become a kidnapping and high speed dangerous pursuit. This led to Kenosha riots and Kyle rittenhouse house incident
And a shit tom of lies and misinformation about that one: oh, and our previous potus Biden and harris went to visit poor jacob bale in the hospital-a fucking realist that was justifiably shot-but hey, another bunch of felons wanted to burn down the town while the governor-walz stood by and let police get overrun and they basically did jack shit to restore order so regular citizens like rittenhouse attempted to do something after half the town burned, an old man was murdered when he dared to try and persuade looters not to get his store, again, we had the rittenhouse circuit where three felons were taken out-the first was a man convicted of taking 3 boys under the age of 5 and he was publicly mourned by mark ruffalo on twitter while harris encouraged people to donate to defense funds to get rioters out of jail when they got arrested: oh man, gotta love 2020.

Now one good thing did come of that and it was the 2016 presidential commission on 21sy policing that laid out certain guidelines for police delartments and one of those discussed open and transparent police in terms of releasing videos quickly to quell rumors that lead to distrust and violence. Actually two good things came from that commissions d justice department investigation-they found a pattern and practice of Ferguson of of being predatory and arresting people on minor traffic offenses and those people being poor, couldn’t pay the high fines and the when they did t pay, they got arrested again and got yet more fines they couldn’t pay. So this shitbag police department got exposed and it was all because some shitbag robbed a store, his friend lied about it, and the hands up don’t shoot chant was born.

And after all of that, the other big issue that NEEDS dealt with immediately is erasing the stigma of mental illness not just in society but especially in law enforcement and the military. In both instances, telling another officer or soldier that you need treatment for depression-their knee jerk reaction is that you’re weak or untrustworthy and dangerous and not reliable as back up. There is a misconception or fear that having a law enforcement partner with ptsd or depression is going to wig out, freeze, run, or some other undesirable action- which has led to officers and soldiers NOT SEEKING HELP FOR THEIR ISSUES causing them suffering and self stigma and often costs them their job because they refuse treatment because of negative belief in how they will be treated: so they refuse to admit there are problems and they get worse, end up shutting, and an average if 22 suicides per day in the military vet community all because of stigma and officers afraid to seek help: my shooting incident was around 2005-6, the baby thing happened in 2009 saw murders all the time and suffered through it not knowing what was wrong with me and in 2016, my wife and I lost two pregnancies, her father died while I was close with, our golden retriever died as did a cat, and I had a tremendously difficult shoulder reconstruction with bicep reattachment and reconstructive surgery from an I jury on the job-when I finally went to my doctor, he put me on medication. I had a meeting with the chief and his first words were “don’t tell anyone-ANYONE because they will not trust you and they will not follow you as their supervisor. The go to guy for any fight or bad call-always the first one through the door on any exigency circumstances or door getting kicked in-I was always first except on seat raids because patrol is just extra bodies there. Despite my chiefs words, I did open up to one or two guys and turns out, they were even worse than I was and we formed a bond that we were able to support each other. Only those two-again, because of stigma. Now, I fucking tell everyone Inclusing my students and while I feel it’s embarrassing, stigma surrounding mental illness needs to die like it was slowly choked for nine mins by a murderous police officer. It needs stomped out in law enforcement, military, schools, society in general and I could go on for days ablut the topic of things that actually need changed about law enforcement-the good, bad, and ugly:

Here’s the original thread if you want

You trying to rationalize that clip is hilarious. Face the facts. They were walking away until one or all of them got butthurt being called a bitch. And surely they all acted like one.

Where was the 1 good cop to say hey guys maybe we shouldn't do that because itll get laughed out of court and the city will lose money due to a lawsuit that will for sure be filed.

Thousands of examples like this.

I didn’t “rationalize” anything. I aid that there is not any prior context non the vide to make several determinations as to whether this was reasonable or completely absurd. As I stated, I would have laughed at her and kept walking as I have done in the past.

I provided information that you obviously don’t possess about obscenity laws and disturbing the peace-I did leave one fact about that out that o forgot to mention-but those charges have to have other people present that could or were disturbed or bothered by the yelling and language. Just about anytime I post, I provide a lot of information on the topic when it comes to policing. I am verbose, but no one should be able to accuse me of being lazy in my responses. I don’t let videos speak for me and o ly show them as context to demonstrate or provide evidence of my point ie a shooting video or use of force video to dispute claims.

Again, saying shit as you walk by is not a crime-calling a cop a name is not a crime regardless of the word. You could call a black cop the n word so long as it was not screaming it over and over after being told not to scream under penalty of arrest for disorderly conduct.

An example of a recent disorderly conduct situation was my elderly neighbor and his adult son that lives in the garage. One of the largest and most beautiful houses in the neighborhood-millions of dollars. The man is a former state delegate and his daughter is in congress and our kids play together. Anyway, the son got hammered a few weeks ago and lost his shit and was screaming for about twenty minutes before I heard glass break. It ended up that his mom tried to call the police and he took her phone and threw it through the glass screen door. I went next door and told him to calm down and he threatened to knock me out. I laughed at him and he told me that I was lucky his gf was holding her back. My response was “all 80 lbs of her?” Another neighbor had actually gone over before I did because he also heard the threats. What I heard when I went out was the son threatening the neighbor. I went out to cool things off but didn’t go over sooner because I knew it would be embarrassing for the dad and mom. I knew the son was unstable and had been involuntarily committed a few years before because I worked at the hospital where he was committed after he “accidentally” shot himself when he was really drunk-luckily for the family-it was in the leg and not a definite suicide attempt. After I told him that if he came at me, it would not be a wise decision, he walked into the alley and took off when he found out the cops were en route. A couple of hours later, he went off again around 10pm after the noise ordinance goes into effect. I went out immediately this time because the first time, he ruined time I was spending with my wife. He had woken up and scared my kids, so I was pissed off this time. We got into a heated 20 second concrete he demanded to know why the fuck this was my business and I told him because he woke my kids up and this time, his 80 lb gf can stay out of it. He then came over and apologized to me and asked to shake my hand. I agreed. Another neighbor, a state trooper who was retiring at thr end of the week came over this time as well and they got into a yelling match. I stepped in to cool things down. I had also called the police prior to going over but 911 told me they already had multiple calls on it. The cops showed up and warned him to keep his voice down and to stop yelling obscenities. He continued to yell and demand the trooper be arrested for trespassing but the parents didn’t agree, so no charges. When he kept yelling, he was informed he was under arrest and he not only initially resisted but his stupid gf jumped on his lap to prevent his arrest-she absolutely should have gotten arrested for obstructing justice and I would have made that arrest when I was a cop because she tried to interfere which made the situation even more tense and more dangerous.

Anyway, that’s how disorderly conduct works-the cops warn you, someone has to be aggrieved, and the behavior has to continue. I am not absolutely saying that is the case here, it these clips have a convenient way of being shortened to not show that part.

Lol

We can go all day long. Dont get me started on the bogus search and seizures for the intention of asset forfeitures...that's a long road you dont want to go down .

No, I will go down the civil asset seizure as well. First off, in most cases, I am against it u less it is proven that ill gotten gains are used to purchase things such as a house or a vehicle by a drug dealer or white collar criminal. I 100 disagree when cops seize cash without any evidence that it is/has been used to commmit a crime-for example, having stolen firearms or drugs along with a large amount of cash. We used to do it when the drug task force did an investigation into a person selling drugs, had multiple buys from that person using undercover cops or CI’s, and a recent buy where a marked bill was passed and collected. In those cases, seize that shit and turn the vehicle into a dare vehicle with “provided by your local drug dealer” on the rear window.

And as I stated, obviously, I am against forcing officers to have quotas and obviously against making false arrests for any crime-including dui. Obviously, thp has some issues to deal with through the justice department and maybe a consent decree. And for any video you can provide of bad or corrupt policing, I can provide hundreds of videos of good policing and some truly heroic shit-hundreds from my own department. I watched a video of some of my officers go into a burning vehicle to remove a deceased driver so the family would have something besides a cinder to bury. I was working in the office on payroll the next morning when the son called to thank the officers for saving his mothers body. The video was absolutely harrowing.

You don’t know shit about heroic actions as you’ve likely never done anything of the sort.

I could post 1,000 videos a day proving your blue line gang has 99.99% NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Stop shilling for the gang

Oh, the gang comment-how original. And I could also provide a lot more videos of cops doing good shit and getting really bad people off of the streets. Again, take this shit to your circle jerk in the other thread.

You don’t know shit about heroic actions as you’ve likely never done anything of the sort.

And this comment is why you're too biased to have a real conversation about the systemic root causes that plague police departments and agencies, whether it's small town sheriffs or FBI and anything in between.

Only cops do heroic actions? Lol what about firefighters, paramedics? Is it possible I may have been one? Is it possible I have seen enough shit that I know what I'm talking about? Is it possible I wanted to be a cop until I researched and studied the history of policing, criminal justice, the issues of qualified immunity, racial profiling, abuse of police unions, lack of transparency and accountability, body cams being tampered with, evidence being planted? List goes on and on

You can show me examples of good cops doing good things. Unfortunately the POOL they're swimming in, has already been tainted. Once its tainted, their good deeds and good actions wont clean or wash away the contamination that already exists.

Wheres the good cop in this example? Several officers, including sergeants...yet they conspire to arrest and charge the VICTIM. Lol what a joke.

Oh, the gang comment-how original. And I could also provide a lot more videos of cops doing good shit and getting really bad people off of the streets. Again, take this shit to your circle jerk in the other thread.
Only gang members want to be armed.

Your brothers hate the Constitution.

A cardboard sign that says, "God bless the homeless vets" freaks out all the good cops. Look at all of them honoring their oath. Oh wait, these are nhbears brothers. They hate free speech.

Not attacking you on this point but what's your take on this?

oh man, so I tried to read that particular article-but it is a paywall. I tried to look up the exact article but every time-paywall. , but I have been aware of this for years and I have studied this extensively.

Strap in-this will be a long one but it should be a fun read. I have told this story before a few times over the years-but not in this much detail because I just finished a long day of classes and scheduling students and I am fucking finished for the day.

As a supervisor for the majority of my career, I was widely known and sometimes hated for my penchant for calling off pursuits by those I supervised including one where I terminated it after officers pursued a wanted man for a felony(non violent warrant) and driving without a license. He was a big time drug dealer and all around piece of shit and known to be dangerous and often armed-however, they were pursuing him into another state and I called it off immediately and the officer said on the radio “are you fucking kidding me?” And I snapped up the radio and said “that was an order and stow your language because people listen to the radio!” Then I wrote him up when I found out he followed him for another mile or so.

Again, I have called off many pursuits especially over traffic stops and have been in some fucking harrowing pursuits in my time. They are scary af, but occasionally fun as well.

When I had roll call the next day I dropped that bomb on them as well as shared the following story-well, the second part anyways.

When I was in the police academy, it is run by the state and state police. Sometimes, the police academy is where they stow some of the fuck-ups-not major ones, it the guys that get into messy relationships or policy violations as a sort of punishment to get them off the streets for a bit until they can show they have learned their lesson while they simultaneously undergo retraining. For example, one of the sergeants at the barracks was a man that had slept with a neighboring departments wife and I can’t imagine what she looked like because this man looked like a literal pig with a pug nose and he was fat with a blonde flat top which made him look like beebop from ninja turtles if I recall the name correctly-it could have been rock steady-idk. Anyway, he and that officer got into and the staties sent him to the academy to cool his heels. Anyway, we had an ugly ass female officer in our class and they started fucking and he would actually get on the loud speaker and call her in his piggish southern drawl “basic officer Gibson, report to my office now” just about every night for sex. Her and I sort of became friends and she was about failing out of the academy, especially at the range. Anyway, one time she came back to my room and had “splotches” on her sweatshirt. I pointed it out and she said “yeah, I know-I am gonna not wash this one and keep it….just in case.” Now, this wasn’t illegal or anything, but highly immoral in my eyes even though it wasn’t technically against policy because I actually checked. She also fucked a few other basic officers and tried her wiles on me but again, not the prettiest thing and my wife is pretty smoking imo. But I say this because it’s guys like that who fuck up.

Now, most of the troopers were good guys that were just very interested in making good officers with good training-but some were complete jackasses. One of the troopers that I became closer with was the defensive tactics guy. I was the absolute only officer that had pretty much ever come through the academy that had BJJ experience-this was 2002. I also had Muay Thai and mma training-again, very rare for that time. So he would pick my brain on techniques and how to apply BJJ to law enforcement and use of force.

Anyway, he told me about a trooper being sent to us that had recently been in a pursuit for a traffic violation and he was chasing some asshole through the streets at high speed and the driver smashed into a teenage girl while running a red light at 70 plus. Her car was split in half and she was killed instantly.

Again, keep in mind no cell phones or computers allowed in the academy and not everyone had one of those back then anyway. So again, this trooper and I were watching some king of the cage DVDs that I brought for him and some pride vhs in a room and he said “keep your fucking mouth shut, but I want to show you something.” And he pulls up this file on his computer that no one else-save a few troopers had seen yet, but it is the video of the dash camera form the chase. It was insane and he didn’t tell me what had happened at the end quite yet. So I am watching this video and keep in mind, I am a rookie but the only college educated officer in the program and I had also had the second most time on the streets-six months at this point where most of the guys had never actually been on the streets as a police officer and got hired by their departments only a few weeks before the academy. I got hired in the end of summer and this was the first available academy class for me. This also went doubly for the two trooper classes going through the academy at the same time, so anyway, based on the BJJ interest and me having the most experience of all the police officers and coming from an action packed department, we bonded. I had also been in multiple car chased at that early stage in my career, had already responded to both shootings and murders, and a bunch of other stuff the other officers and deputies didn’t have experience in. So we are watching this video and I am basically yelling at him to call off the fucking pursuit. This trooper goes “see, I knew you would get it too.” Anyway, when the crash happens and it was perfectly caught on camera, it was brutal. The trooper runs up to her car and sees her DRT-dead right there and he screams and starts crying “Jesus, I am so sorry. Oh my god, I just fucking killed her!” And this went on for a long time. He kept trying to stand up and would fall right over-it was a complete mental breakdown on camera and absolute grief personified. He kept saying “I killed her-I killed her.”

Recently, an incident in Brooklyn park MN-very near Minneapolis-in 2021-almost exactly a year after floyd was murdered when officer kim potter pulled her gun thinking it was her taser and shot duante wright when he resisted arrest for a domestic violence warrant and jumped back into his vehicle and tried to flee in the vehicle. He was a piece of shit, but it was not a lethal force situation to be sure. Anyway, she tells taser and shoots him with her gun and kills him. Ironically enough, if I recall, she was either a taser instructor or had just gone through the taser training the week before. I know she was a training officer. But anyway, she is on body camera going “oh my god, I shot him-I am going to prison.” She was fired the next day and was indicted, charged, and convicted. It was a complete accident and the department did the right thing and very quickly-but it didn’t matter as there were riots anyway.

But back to that trooper. When he arrived at the academy, it was just in time for ost-which is the final part of defensive tactics training and is called officer survival training. It is basically as real as you can get simulations with simulation rounds fired from real guns-basically, paint balls but you can’t really fire off rapid shots because it gums up the gun and it misfires. The troopers, of course, get all decked out in paintball gear and have rapid fire paintball guns. All we have is the sim rounds and goggles and fake inert pepper spray-menthol scented water in a pepper spray container that squirts out.

The first round of ost was traffic stops. They tell us that they will react accordingly to all correct commands and uses of simulated force and they are supposed to simulate the actions of either a normal person or a criminal but we don’t know the scenario. But the point is to not actually hurt anyone or get hurt. We partner up-I get my roommate and friend from my own department-he is the only one with more experience than I have because he had been through almost the entire academy when he broke his wrist during full contact boxing at the 12 week mark. We are assigned to go second. The first two officers do a traffic stop and we are all standing around watching and the first two basic officers walk up to the car and the trooper that killed the girl is one of the troopers. He is ordered out of the vehicle per SCOTUS case PA vs Mimms to be patted down. As soon as he gets out of the car-he swings a haymaker at the basic officer walks up and connects knocking him the fuck out and he actually laughs about it at yells “whoo-down goes Frazier!” and does a little dance. Ambulances called-officer actually received a concussion and had to be removed from the academy. Now this does have a happy ending btw.

So my partner and I are up next and he grabs me and says “listen to me-that shit better not happen to us or I swear to god I will make sure everyone on our dept knows about it.” I tell him not to worry his ugly ass head about it. So we do the traffic stop and there are about 75 people watching all of this because of the size of our class and troopers come from all over the state to partake in this and watch because it is fun for them. The state police captain in charge of the entire state police is also there to watch. So we walk up and there are four of them and only two of us. The plan was supposed to be a dui and everyone in the car was supposed to be drunk. They had been drinking for real because I could fucking smell the alcohol. Anyway, my partner is the driver and he also smells the alcohol and also observes the trooper acting drunk. He gets him out and my job is to keep an eye on the other three. My partner runs him through the field sobriety tests-which he fails and then he places him under arrest for dui. The driver goes willingly. However, the trooper that killed the girl is in the back and yells “what are you doing to my brother.”

I order him back into the vehicle as he tried to get out. He tries to force his way out of the vehicle and I pull the pepper spray and blast him in the face. Keep in mind, the troopers are supposed to react accordingly. He doesn’t. I push him backk into the back seat and radar to create distance. The front passenger now tries to open the door to get out and fight. I kicked the passenger side door shut on him and he yowls in pain.

What I didn’t know was this guy that killed the girl was a state champion wrestler and I pepper spray him again and again, he doesn’t stop or react and he is laughing and grinning having a good old time. He walks towards me and then shoots in for a double leg take-down. I was able to sprawl out and pancaked him into the pavement. I start yelling “knee strike knee strike-and I move to his legs and throw more simulated knee strikes yelling “knee strike to common peroneal multiple times”-that is the thigh where Thai boxers kick and officers are trained to strike with knees and batons- which is the correct use of force in this scenario. Yet again, he doesn’t stop not react like he should have and he is trying to suck my leg in as he is turning towards me to get me on my back. I went belly to back and spun around on him, took his back, and his fucking neck was begging me to take it-so I did.

Chokes were not yet outlawed but were still considered intermediate to deadly force situations. Keep in mind, there are still two other troopers in the car that are getting out of the vehicle and the driver starts fighting as well-occupying my partner. The front passenger that I kicked the door in on is not coming out to fight because the door hit him in the face-which I found out later, but I didn’t know at the time and I thought he was coming for me like the rear passenger. So I choke old boy out and he ends up swallowing a whole mouthful of chewing tobacco-again, found out later lol. I quickly get off of him and the sergeant in charge tells for the simulation to end. He storms up to me-grabs my shirt and yells in my face “You’re going to prison for the rest of your life because you just killed that man-I hope you like getting fucked in the ass.”

By this time, old boy wakes up and comes at me for real, but other troopers hold him back. The captain starts walking back to his office and tells my partner and the sergeant in charge to come with him. In his office, the sergeant is screaming at me that they are calling my department and kicking me out of the academy-the captain did not raise his voice, but asked me what my thought process was in my application of force. Again, I was educated and studied my laws and use of force because that was my favorite subject and why I became a trainer for 13 years and went to and held a shit ton of trainings and eventually became a state use of force expert and have testified in use of force cases in court. So I start rattling off Graham v Connor use of force facts and I argue that my use of force was justified because he did not respond to lesser uses of force, he obviously knew how to fight since he tried to take me down-which is considered deadly force against a police officer and your level of force can go way up, we were vastly outnumbered 4-2, the driver was also fighting my partner and me personally, was outnumbered 3-1 because they all came for me rather than him, and it was unknown if they were armed or not. In fact, I argued that I would have been justified pulling my gun and shooting one of them if they continued to advance because of the numbers issue.

The sergeant got red faced and pissed off and got in my face-but he was a tiny man with a big attitude and only stood about 5’7” and 160 lbs. the captain ordered him out of the room along with my partner and tells them to not talk. He had to tell him twice. The captain, still very calm, tells me he doesn’t know what to do with me at this point-but he has to call my chief immediately. He sends me out into the hallway, calls the sergeant back in and I am ordered not to talk to my partner-who is eventually called in and they have a discussion for about half an hour. He comes out, and looks shook. He is sent back to the dorm room. After about an hour, the sergeant leaves and I am called back in. The captain tells me that he spoke with my chief. He tells me that he was very impressed with my knowledge of graham v Connor and that he and the sergeant vastly disagree. He tells me that I made very valid points that would hold up in court. He tells me I will not get kicked out of the academy-this is Monday btw and we have all week of ost scheduled. He tells me that I am done for the day and to go back to my room and not discuss the issue with anyone.

The trooper that killed the girl and all but one of the troopers in the scenario are sent packing. The trooper I was buddies with came to my room later and said “holy shit-that was fucking awesome-but fucking watch your back.” Then he leaves. I had officers in my room all night and they were cheering and wouldn’t shut up about it.

My trooper buddy was correct. The rest of my week was absolute hell. The next day, I am paired with a new partner-the female officer and I have to go first on a new scenario-this one, a reported domestic violence call. Before the scenario begins, a trooper-the second in command of our class behind the sergeant comes out and tells us outside the house what the call is-he then walks into the house and I hear him say “it’s him.” This is in a simulation house they built just for this training-we also used it to practice clearing a house and searching and serving search warrants that we had to write and find whatever we were securing the search warrant for.

We knock on the door and a female trooper answers the door-she was actually hot af and a welcome addition to all the troopers from all over the state that come to ost training. She has fake blood on her face and tells us that nothing happened and we can leave. My parter actually turns to leave and I grabbed her arm: I then tell the female trooper that we were there for a potential domestic violence call and we are coming in per state law. He smiles at me and steps aside. As soon as I enter the room-2 other troopers fucking open up on me with automatic paintball guns. I got lit up head to toe and most of the paintball welts bled a good bit. Personally, I am almost certain that they put them in the freezer just for me. I spent that night with ice packs and absolutely miserable. That was my only simulation that day because I was pretty fucked up.

The next day is pursuit training at an airport and it is high speed and stressful because we also had to pass our driver training that day which included high speed backing through a course of cones. That was really fucking hard and I almost failed it because there were fucking turns-several others-including the female officer did fail and had to repeat it until they passed-which took a long ass time. The day after was much like day two where I had to respond to a shooting in the woods. I had my original partner back. We go in and there are several troopers on the ground. Obviously, our guns are out. The female trooper comes out from behind a tree and I point my gun at her and she gives up. But then, one of the “downed” troopers gets up off of the ground and starts shooting at me. I fire back, but honestly, I have never been a really good shot. I miss him and he takes cover behind a tree and continues firing at me. I run out of ammo without hitting a fucking thing a reload taking cover behind a tree. I almost empty the second simulation round magazine and finally, I hit him in the head but he ignores it and he lights me up and hits me right in the left nut. I dropped instantly and I was rolling on the ground. I wasn’t wearing a cup-most guys were, but I never wore one even when kicking boxing and mma training-ever. The female trooper calls for a cease fire. She kneels next to me and tells me that they were going to finally be happy about this and bragging about it at the bar that night-but not her. She actually ended up moving up to my area and was a trooper there for a while and we went on some actual calls together. She was a cool girl and she married a rich chiropractor and retired to become a housewife and mother.

Nothing else happened the following day and I think they were finally done with me. I spent the weekend recovering and my nuts and leg were swollen and black and blue for two weeks. My nut turned a horrible shade of green and yellow and I thought I had burst the testicle but got checked at the er on Saturday and it was all good. We had the range the next week and then graduated. During range week, they treat you really fucking good. Good food all week-pizzas ordered at night, and suddenly, the troopers tell you that we are all brothers in law enforcement and some Kim-bay-ya shit. The female officer took three tries at the range and the third time, it was just her and I have my doubts that she actually passed the course but I guess she sucked dick good enough for the pig man.

After graduating, my favorite sergeant in charge called me into his office and asked me when I was coming back to be a state trooper. I told him never on his life. He walked me out of his office and as I left, in the middle of the hallway there was a state police patch on the floor. You never ever walked on it while you were there or you got absolutely smoked and would be running and doing pushups for hours and I saw a few guys that learned that the hard way. I walked right over the fucking thing and I have basically hated state troopers ever since that one week. Though, right now, my next door neighbor just retired a few weeks ago as a very high ranking captain from the state police and now works for the state lottery commission making big bucks.

I tell you all of this for a few reasons. 1-to the point, I know car chases are really fucking dangerous for everyone and I see them going the way of the dodo soon except for very violent felonies. It will take the smaller hick departments a few years to catch up to the rest of the country as per usual, but it’s coming. 2 this is a thread about a fucked up police shooting and despite what some twats are claiming-I don’t defend or excuse bad cops and in fact, hate them very much. I will defend legitimate uses of force but I have been arguing that this was a bad shoot since the original thread over a year ago and got into very heated arguments with that cunt joshuaace who claimed he knew this officer would get off and he was willing to bet our accounts on the case. While I was very confident in my assessment-sometimes, you really never know and I wasn’t risking my 20 year account over some bitch who has since lost his shit over the original thread and hasn’t been seen since. I can’t even tag him to rub it in for some reason. 3. I figured this would be an interesting story for you to read and I don’t shy away from the fact that there are some really fucked up police officers in our country that shouldn’t ever be cops. I have worked with only a few and I always say dirty cops don’t do their dirty in front of good cops, but my experiences with them and the fucked up state troopers-especially the trooper that basically killed that girl during a pursuit over a stupid traffic violation-the driver went to prison and was completely unharmed in a fucked twist of fate where karma took the day off. The girls family sued the state police and I am sure they got a boatload of money deservedly.

Jesus Christ, you are as bad as lifeless sheep. Not quite as pathetic with him so desperately trying to turn this into a compilation of bad cop videos instead of posting it where it belongs.

I have been on here for two decades and I have railed against dirty cops forever. I have-and I repeat-always hated them even before I became a cop. I grew up in a really nice small neighborhood where nothing ever happened-but I ran into a real piece of shit small-town fuckwit cop who pulled a gun on me as a teenager because he was falsely accusing me of shooting out a neighbors lights with a BB gun and when I swore to him on my life that it wasn’t me-he unstrapped and took out his gun-don’t point it at me-but he said “then son-in a just world, I would shoot you now because you’re a fucking liar.” He then walked me down to my house-actually, he made me walk and he drove because he was a fat fuck and he made me go into my house and get money to pay for the lights. Neither of my parents were home but my older brother was and he went out to confront the cop-he was in college at the time and I was like 14 and he threatened to arrest my brother and ordered him back in the house. He came in and got his money and gave it to me. The cop then made me walk back to the old lady’s house and give her the money for the lights and made me apologize. I refused but he threatened to take me to juvenile detention so I did. My mom was so fucking pissed about the whole thing but the worst part was that she didn’t believe me until a few days later when another kid was caught shooting out windows-that little cunt eventually went on to shoot a real gun out of a car window after he got kicked out of a bar and there was a car chase by my department and he was arrested. This was during afternoon shift and I was working midnight and when I came in-he was being processed and he started begging me to help him out and I told him to fuck off remembering what happened to me and the fact that he almost killed someone because he got kicked out of a bar and I actually saw him a few months ago at a gas station. He did some prison time.

During my first year on the department, that same cop did a traffic stop in my city for a speeding violation with a few high school kids and he was terrified and didn’t know what to do. The place where he was a cop and I grew up is up on a hill above my city and he followed a car down the hill and stopped it. He called my department for backup and we were working that beat and responded. When I saw who it was-I told my partner I had to sit this one out for serious personal reasons and explained it to him later. The good news is that fat fuck had a heart attack a few years later while working and ended up dying.

I have never said that bad cops don’t exist. I have worked with a few like I said and I just posted a long ass story where some of the ones that are training officers at my police academy- at least they were almost 25 years ago, were almost as fucked up as the real dirty cops-which I also just explained my early experience with one who thought he was Dirty Harry it was proven to be an incredibly incompetent criminal. It was actually one of the reasons I decided to become a cop after college because I felt like I could do something about assholes like him.

And I am not watching your videos or sheep’s videos because you two twats can go post them in the dirty cop thread instead of bringing them in here. It’s pathetic.

Again, @lifelessheap you are currently in the running for the worst and most useless poster in the war room and it seems like you are making a run at being as shitty a poster as mack yancy. Keep jerking off to your bad cop videos or you know, you could always post them in that other thread with sinister and shady

dude should get a murder charge. absolute piece of shit.
RIP to that poor woman.

No one cares about your life story dude.

Law enforcement is tainted with systemic issues that need fixing. Your specific life experiences do not devalue the argument which has been broadly studied now across many agencies and departments.

My recommendations would be start with getting rid of qualified immunity, have lawsuits come directly out of officers pensions, hire those with better integrity and education, better pay and training, higher standards, and truly independent accountability boards that have zero conflict of interests.

It's that simple. But we all know police unions are one of the most powerful in the country for a reason. We all know how hard it is for a cop to have actual consequences (we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing or the classic fired-hired at the department next door)

Again, your personal life experiences are not enough to dismiss the hundreds of thousands of cases and examples that show it's not just a dirty cop, that dirty cop was protected or even encouraged to thrive in such environments where integrity/morals/ethics are secondary to "how well does this candidate comply to orders and follow instructions". Culture needs to change but it wont.

His anecdotal BS is just an attempt to lie for his gang. The system is broken.

And no one cares about the stupid videos you and sheep keep spamming into a thread about a cop that was rightfully charged and convicted of his crime. Again, there is a specific thread for that-go there and jerk each other off.

As for qualified immunity-I have said for very many years that it needs restructuring it not eliminated. There are several ways it needs to be reformed. First is to get rid the rigid structure where a very specific manner in which a cop did wrong has to be judged against. The way they have it-basically, the exact scenario has to occur that has been ruled unjustified and ruled unconstitutional in order for the officers to be sued personally. That needs to change. Abner Louima is a case I have studied and taught about. He was a guy in nyc that was arrested for a fight outside a nightclub. The officers severely beat him with all sorts of weapons, made him strip naked, and crushed his testicles and then sodomized him with a broomstick. They were charged and convicted and served 30 years in prison hopefully enjoying their own sodomy. The way that QI currently works, if an officer sodomized someone with another broomstick, they could be personally sued but if they did it with some other object not yet ruled on, they would get QI. That is vastly simplified and I use that example just to demonstrate how ludicrous it is set up currently, so that is the first thing that needs to change.

The second thing that needs to change is that they also need to fix QI so that it doesn’t apply to judges and politicians in the same manner which they call judicial immunity. Judges need to be free from pressure to be able to make decisions, but currently, they can face absolutely no ramifications or repercussions for making horrendous calls. They can’t be sued or punished if they say, for example, give a sex offender or murderer a little slap on the wrist and they do it again. True, no one can absolutely predict the future like a precog, but when we see cases where they repeatedly make poor decisions allowing violent criminals to remain on the streets to reoffend should not be allowed. I look at cases like in Philly where pos da larry krasner and his extremely progressive office refuse to charge felons with firearms simply because the majority of those caught are minorities and he has said that he doesn’t want to see more black people arrested for that crime when all experts in the criminal justice field know that most violent crime is driven by felons with firearms and juveniles with firearms and to decide to not charge someone known to be a violent offender with a crime when we know they are statistically shown to be driving violent crime simply because of their race is abhorrent. Another case, his office is responsible for the murder of a young temple student in Philly. Guy was arrested for an armed car jacking incident. When a witness didn’t testify in court, krasner’s office dropped the case instead of fighting to keep a very violent pos from being back on the streets. A few months later, this same pos attempted another armed carjacking this time killing a college student. This was in 2021 in full swing of activist district attorneys like soros funded krasner championing their extremely progressive policies. When latiff williams was convicted of this murder and also the earlier carjacking case that krasner dropped, this fucking cunt kranser did a fucking victory lap for the media praising his prosecutors and his policies as working. But judges that release violent offenders who go on to continue to commit violent crimes need to held accountable.

The third thing that I think needs to be applied to QI is that an officer should be convicted of the crime before being personally sued into the dirt. We all know that our civil lawsuit system is completely fucked especially when it comes to what are ruled justified police shootings. For example, child rapist alton sterling in Baton Rouge in 2016 was selling bootleg CDs at a convenient store. The manager asked him to leave and sterling pulled a gun promoting the manager to call 911. sterling was such an arrogant pos that he didn’t even leave and stayed right there. Police attempted to pat him down per terry v Ohio and he fought them. They tried to use a taser that failed to take him down so the officer tackled him to ground where sterling proceeded to continue to fight and started trying to get his gun out with the officer yelling that he was fighting to get the gun out of his pants. The officer threatened to shoot him if he didn’t stop and of course he didn’t stop so he was shit and killed. Of course, protests and riots ensued. Some other pos ambushed six police officers shooting them and killing four of them. Then a week later, another pos ambushed police in Dallas tx shooting 14 police officers and killing five as well as two civilians. He also did it for sterling-again a :eek::eek::eek: and his fucking family got millions in a settlement in an absolutely justified shooting. Now imagine that shitbags family also suing the officers personally as well. That’s fucked up.

Then there is atlanta shooting of rashard brooks in 2020 when he was dui and asleep in a Wendy’s drive through where they called police. They arrived and talked to him very calmly for quite a while before making the determination that he was very intoxicated and needed to be arrested. He fought officers and they tried to use a taser on him and he was able to get the taser off of the officer and he starts running away with officers pursuing him. brooks with the taser in hand turns back to shoot the pursuing officer in the face with the taser and is shot and killed. Riots ensue, the Wendy’s is burnt to the ground for having the audacity to call police on brooks, thugs take over that parking lot and the entire block, and when a mother and her daughter see the roads blocked, they attempt to turn around in the Wendy’s parking lot and some pos shoots at the car and kills the six year old girl, Sequoia Turner. No protests for her-no one fucking cared nor would any one-especially the bullshit so called blm activists even be able to say her name because they don’t know her name or who she was. Both officers are fired by the city and charged with murder-both of them, not just the shooter because it’s 2020 and of course they would. Charges ar eventually dropped and they were forced to rehire them but their lives were ruined and lives were lost over a pos being shot by police justifiably. Of course his family got millions.

Dare I need go on about mike brown, who used force to rob a convenience store and when officer Darren Wilson simply spoke to him about walking down the middle of the street and not moving when told to do so-brown attacked the officer. While attacking Wilson, brown attempted to take his gun and Wilson shot him. His dna and blood were all over the inside of the cruiser-but blm-this is when the movement was truly born and became very violent (it actually started after Trayvon Martin-not a police shooting) claimed that brown was innocent and was running away with his hands up which was proven false but it didn’t stop them from spreading that nonsense, rioting and burning the city and also murders happened during the riots-his family also got millions. Now fergusson pd was corrupt and predatory but that is a different issue that deserves its own discussion.

2020-lapd shoots dijon kizzee who was fleeing from officers and as he was fleeing, he dropped a gun and ran back to retrieve it when he was about and killed. He was a multiple violent felon. Being 2020, led to violent riots and yet another pos walked up to two officers sitting in a patrol car and shot both in the face. Oh, and kizzee’s family got almost 4 million.

Again, our civil lawsuit system is broken and I certainly don’t trust it to work in terms of QI being dissolved. And the whole point of QI despite the changes I believe need to occur is that people are extremely lawsuit happy-especially in these instances where it’s basically the ghetto lottery when a POs gets killed by police in particular when it’s a minority because cities are terrified of not going with the social justice flow.

And since you love to spam videos-I could do this all day without ever having to look this stuff up because it has long been an interest of mine and I study use of force incidents and have even before the police academy in 2002. I was a state registered use of force expert and I will cite the fuck out of scotus cases and I teach this stuff to college students.

Oh man, I will definitely watch that but I fucking hate oliver with a passion-but I will do so just to rage watch.

I'll try to be more cordial but it looks like we are going to agree to disagree on this subject. I think theres a systemic issue within law enforcement that incentivizes bad behaviors and bad actors. You think its only a few bad apples and that the system is not tainted or corrupted.

Thanks for the back and forth. I'll move on
