Actually the casuals probably dont even know who he is, as in the general audience that viewed Mcgregor vs Khabib. I dont think they will remember someone so fondly for a one off attack as there were multiple guys and he would just be known as one of the guys that were involved in the scuffle. Conor has never had actual bad blood with Mackhachev other than 1 or 2 tweets aimed at him so you cant sell that rivalry. It needs to be an heated event or incident between the 2 to generate interest that justifies saying that both these fighters have 'bad blood' in that it would make people want to really see them fight. Also in the UFC fight, they didnt get Mackhacev fighting post fight, so the majority of people who watched Khabib vs Mcgregor didnt see him in the altercation.
At the moment you're just speculating and making an assumption that Conor vs Islam would be bigger than Cowboy. At the end of the day that fight makes no sense at all. Who has Islam beat to deserve to fight Conor Mcgregor?? There are far bigger fights with bigger names. It makes no sense for Conor to fight a #11 ranked guy to then warrant a TS against Khabib, that would literally contradict Khabib in saying that Conor would have to go on a massive win streak in order to justify a title shot and all that stuff.
This is nothing more than just a want from you. Every fan has their ideal or dream match up so theres not much point in discussing this further since this wont happen.
The ufc could use khabib as hype and you know this
Anyway forget about all that
Would fighting Islam be good preparation to fight khabib?
Yes or no?
I agree that Islam doesn't deserve the fight, but it is a good fight to prepare for khabib
If he really believes he is better than Khabib then Islam should be easy money imo
