Media Conor ( The Brock Exemption ) vs USADA ( MEGA)

Let’s not pretend Conor isn’t coming back from a horrific injury….
Weidman is still in the testing pool. If Conor was prescribed something on the prohibited list to heal his injury, it would be very simple for him to get a TUE.

I want them to be able to juice to some degree again. I had this conversation with a co worker and he said ppl are going to try to cheat to get an edge. But if they regulated it better like with TRT then it could be accepted because pro athletes put their bodies through hell to achieve the conditioning they have. You're gonna see a lot of fighters be DONE before 30 because of it. Guys like Khabib retired at 30 I believe. Connor hasn't been the same since turning 30. Because at 21 ur at ur physical natural prime. At 25 is the end of your natural prime. So you're just declining at that point. Hence why drugs are needed in sports like bodybuilding post age 25. Like you can build a great physique from age 15 to 25. Naturally. But after that, you're not putting on anymore muscle, you're just maintaining what you have. Bodybuilders like ronnie Coleman, never touched a steroid until they were pushing 30.

Why not use science to help beat the clock of aging? Most fighters by the time they get a title shot are damn near 30 anyway. Unless they're freaks like Jon Jones. No doubt jones started juicing post age 25 because he realized he was losing something. Guys like Anderson who were 30+ when they won a championship were on obvious steroids. I just feel we need to stop treating testosterone injections like some stigma.

Conor McGregor, double champ of old, Has revealed a secret that is bold.
On Ariel Helwani's MMA Hour, He admitted, with a slight glower,
That only two USADA tests he'll pass, To fight again, his age-old task.

He's too rich to endure six months of testing, His ego and pride dares us to be questioning.
Brock Lesnar had the privilege too, Anderson Silva's money carried him through.
The GOAT Sherdog poster shows 13 others, But haters fill the forum, they're like brothers.

McGregor's future is set, marked in stone, Welterweight Champion, in 2024, he'll be known.
With his steel leg, he'll KO Chandler, no doubt.
Mayweather's record, 49-1, let's shout it out.

Conor McGregor, he keeps us all entertained, His confidence, talent, and fame are ingrained.
On to the next challenge, he'll always roam, Our Irish king, he's surely "Notorious" to the bone.

Mark Hunt be goin @Ares Black on steroid users and I love it. Screamin on fools like a roller coaster. God's work.

Unless getting thrown out of hotels for sexually perverted comments with hotel staff is gods work, then I don’t know how god could be part of it. I think he is already barred from the pearly Gates, unless he wants to jerk off in there.

He probably can't skip it. He is such a big name and he needs to make the rounds the promote the event. They will allow you to skip it if it's a short notice fight and they will take two piss tests instead. That was what happened with Brock. That exemption was so he can make UFC 200.That loophole worked for Brock because Brock never really did promotion even though he is highly popular. There are some prelim fighters that use this exemption. They are usually last minute replacements. It's also not exactly two clean piss tests. They will take two samples and sometimes results don't come back until event is over.
The whole thing will get weird, Conor even said that he was planning on getting it, whats stopping him from taking tests 6 months in advance? he is basically doing promotion months in advance.

Thats just coppin it sweet.

Why not use science to help beat the clock of aging?
Because when you get old,its time to step out of the way,not ruin the young guys comin up,by being able to fight like a young man with an old mans 'experience.

I don’t think USADA is letting him slide with the exemptions. I think he shot himself in the foot with that interview. They just released a new statement saying Mcgregor is still considered a retired fighter and he needs 6 months. They also said there are no current meetings scheduled between them.

I believe Mcgregor cannot start now because he will piss radioactive

Saying the 6 months, its just half truth, like not reading the fineprint, that he could still get an exemption, which im 100% confident he will get, they have NOT directly said there is no way he gets it, they said he needs to go through the waiting period and 2 tests, which is just the actual rule.

Lmao @ the mod note

yes, Conor is clean, don't suspect anything guise. This is normal behavior for all rule abiding fighters. Nobody cheats the system, especially at the highest level.

natty Conor coming for you Chandler, watch out

USADA is saying their position is that Mcgregor gets tested for 6 months. The statement is saying the UFC can try to go for an exemption but it's not what USADA wants to do.

"While the rules permit the UFC to make an exception to the six-month rule..."

They will.

Yes, but then we miss out on amazing spinning head kick KOs that could only happen when an old man with years of experience can still fight like a young man.

Is anyone really surprised by this? It's obvious he's been on the juice (don't blame him with that break) and obviously the UFC is going to strongarm USADA into an exemption. Who the hell thought the rules applied to Conor?
"Strongarm"? They are obviously making sweet love in bed with each other.

Ariel isn't as bad just by the basic fact that he makes like 1/1000th of the money these dudes do and is actually hated when he does real journalism. He is annoying, but Dana and Conor are pure evil villain characters and yeah, the world is filled with wretched miserable humans who somehow love them.
If you like those dudes, you're human garbage.

Conor bless.

That's actually why he can skip it, because he's a big name lol. Same reason Brock was able to. Conor will be in the testing pool, but not for the full 6 months. UFC will use the exemption and be on for a limited time before the fight and USADA can do nothing about it. UFC put that policy in place for them to use whenever they want.

I don't think USADA is letting Conor slide.

It's not up to USADA lol. UFC has that policy in place and UFC will make the power move and USADA will have to get back in place.
