“While we meet with all athletes who enter or re-enter the testing pool, we do not currently have a meeting set with Conor and, as of today, we have not received notice of his coming out of retirement to compete.”

“The UFC rules are clear that, in addition to two negative tests, an athlete must make themself available for testing for six months before returning to competition. This is a fair way to ensure an athlete does not use the retirement status to gain an unfair advantage by using prohibited substances during the retirement period, which would enhance their performance unfairly if the ultimately decide to return to competition. While the rules permit the UFC to make an exception to the six-month rule in exceptional circumstances, when the strict application of the rule would be manifestly unfair to the athlete, our position, which we have made clear, is that Conor should be in the testing pool for the full six-month period.”

Those are the rules, regular rules, exemption skips that, Conor will get it, i have learned not to doubt the UFC/Conor duo, i told my coworkers Floyd fight wasnt happening and here we are, he is getting it.

The UFC got sued because of that and yes, they did win the lawsuit but it probably cost them a good amount of money to do so. Is it worth it again?

Those attorneys are on retainer, mate, that cost Hunt most of what he worked his life for. The UFC let alone WME doesn't even think about attorneys fees compared to the control of the narrative. There are multiple fights on exemptions, there is a reason that USADA only makes certain tests, let alone passes and fails, public.

The average amateur around here is ten times more ripped. My opponents in local comps put that physique to shame. Hell, I am in far more impressive shape. He gained like 10-15 lbs of muscle in around a year. That can be accomplished in like 4-5 months naturally.

Now... I believe they're all on PED's so i'm not saying he's not but the pics to me don't really indicate anything.

They will allow you to skip it if it's a short notice fight and they will take two piss tests instead. That was what happened with Brock. That exemption was so he can make UFC 200.That loophole worked for Brock because Brock never really did promotion even though he is highly popular. There are some prelim fighters that use this exemption. They are usually last minute replacements. It's also not exactly two clean piss tests. They will take two samples and sometimes results don't come back until event is over.
