That's actually why he can skip it, because he's a big name lol. Same reason Brock was able to. Conor will be in the testing pool, but not for the full 6 months. UFC will use the exemption and be on for a limited time before the fight and USADA can do nothing about it. UFC put that policy in place for them to use whenever they want.

It's not for a big name only. They used it for a bunch of guys in the prelims to fill the card out. It's a last second exemption.

You aren't following the story at all and you keep parroting stuff. They are bouncing the responsibility off each other. Connor makes this statement of getting an exemption then he gets Ariel to delete it from the footage. USADA makes a counter statement saying UFC has an option to make an exemption in special cases but we don't recommend it for this case. Reporters ask Dana and he is deflecting by saying go ask USADA not me. I don't want anything to do with it.

When did he sign up for TUF? The most fair and reasonable thing would have been for him to enter the testing pool at that point, and then demonstrate several months of clean tests. As compared to signing up for a fight, then waiting months and then claiming an exemption.
