Conor McGregor is set to be charged with assault after a video of him punching an elderly man in the face in a pub in Dublin emerged yesterday.

McGregor was caught on CCTV in the Marble Arch pub hitting the man with a sucker punch on after he refused to taste his own-brand whiskey.

The ex-UFC champion will now be summoned to appear at the Dublin District Court after the Director of Public Prosecutions ruled there was enough evidence to charge him.
