People should be proud of their ancestors ,family.....
And should be capable of speaking their own language , not just capable but be proud when speak it

Your two cents aren't worth much. I'm native american but I would never bother learning the Sioux language because I don't know any other person who would speak it. Why bother learning something like that when I could pick up a useful skill. I'd sooner learn Javascript than that language.

my location was once an area where Dutch is the primary language. I can't speak Dutch.
