Conor McGregor has always been a hype job

Of course he was, ever since he got that ufc forced artifical marketing push it was clear that he was overhyped.

You can hate the guy all you want but you’re kind of shitting on Aldo, Mendes, Eddie, etc. when you say this kind of thing.

Is it not possible to say “I hate that fucking guy but he had some wins over some top guys?”

He fluked aldo

Alvarez was definitely his best fight in the ufc

Mendes was short notice

Plus the loaded gloves incident at ufc 194. Dana did everything he could to make him a star.

Rhonda 2.0, just dragged out over 4+ years.. How anybody could be happy being a fan of his after watching his antics since november 2016 and getting whooped by Khabib and Poirier is beyond me

I don't think it would make sense to conclude that Conor was a hype job after he lost to someone whom he has already beaten.
