Conor's DNA was inside her, so whether they had sex isn't in question. However, the doctor who saw her testified that she had extensive bruising all over her limbs & body, and that the tampon (which was still in during it for some reason) was so deeply lodged, he had to remove it with forceps

Based on some of the allegations, I think he is innocent here.

All rapists deserve jail. But all rape allegations do not deserve punishment. She did not go the criminal route because there was no evidence, so she went civil.

No way Conor would have made those comments.

Innocent until proven guilty. Let's not go back to the 19th century where you could just blame things on black people and get them lynched.

Having reviewed the evidence available I don't think Conor raped her. Danielle Kealy was 6 feet away, she would have noticed something or noticed that she was severely injured.

Nikita Hand's initial statement to police completely omitted Danielle Kealy's presence. Isn't it interesting that her friend/colleage testified in support of Conor's story, and not Nikita's.

Nikita said she clearly remember sending a text to her boyfriend while in bed with Conor. CcTV footage proved that she sent it while in the car park.

She also conveniently can't remember any of the CCTV footage. That footage perfectly aligns with the story of James Lawrence's story that he went back to the Hotel with her and had sex with her.

She was on the way home with James in the taxi, she began giving him oral sex, they then told the taxi driver to turn around and go back to the hotel. They went back up to the penthouse suite.
