Civil courts don't render judgments based on guilt. He was found financially liable, not guilty.

Civil vs criminal are two completely different ball games. Civil courts are far less demanding on actual evidence and a majority of the verdicts are typically overturned if appealed, 100% not saying Conor is not a creep or guilty, but if a criminal court didnt follow through with the charges then thats what people should pay attention to. Civil courts are always a joke and tend to based verdicts on how they feel about the accused instead of actual evidence.

No, losing in a civil court does not make you "guilty" in the criminal sense. It simply means you are found liable for a civil claim which usually results in having to pay damages to the other party.

It's funny you post this, because I've often thought of Dee's situation as mirroring that of Carmella's. They both make concessions for their husband's (or forever fiancee's) exploits because they enjoy the lifestyle they're afforded. Except in Carm's case, she was ok as long she didn't know about it and it wasn't in her face. Dee, on the other hand, lives with the humiliation as Conor's misdeeds are front page news.
