Tenney was just repeating a false MEME that was going around that all mass murderers are democrats. Which is divisive and repulsive. Normal Republicans and Democrats don't kill people, but the GOP likes to scare their dumb base to keep them voting.
So Tenney gets asked about it by a reporter and says her own words are fake news. You can't make this shit up.
This is what is has come down too, and one thing I give Deferment Donny credit, for is the Fake News bit. She got busted for saying something dumb, got asked a question about it and then declares what she said is fake News. It is like a Fake Newsception.

The article makes it sound like mr dicker started the conversation with the claim that most shooters are republican, and she responded with most are democrat.

Sounds like stupidity all around on this one.

These people need to be held to a much higher standard. But their supporters spend some much time engulfed in an echo chamber of fake news, bumper sticker slogans, and memes, that the supporters don't even recognize how insane they've become.
