I have been fighting a pulled muscle in my back or a pinched nerve in my neck for a about a week so I am easing back into it
 
Gave Pavel’s simple and sinister workout a shot today with a 53 lbs bell. I think I’m going to do it regularly and try to work up to the 70 lbs for the simple version and who knows maybe I’ll need to buy a 48 kg he’ll to complete the sinister version
