Media Colby exposed for eating well done steak

Lmao, Colby's funniest lie is that he doesn't cut weight and 170 is his 'natural' weight class. The only part of his gimmick that is a little bit amusing.

Absolutely the most exciting thing that Colby has done since getting his ass beat last time.

I'm more bemused by the single asparagus lol. If you cutting weight, why not just cut out the mashed potato.
Colbys not the brightest. Easiest way I ever found to slim down and still eat a lot of food was to go go low carb or better yet total keto.

Looks medium. No thanks.

Lol what's funny is the way he held his fork to take a bite. Shookologists get in here. Gotta mean something.
It's the Merican way. Anytime I see one eating with a knife and fork It is...different than what I'm used to and I'll leave it at that

I enjoy steak only when it's so well done, that I can almost keep the bone and use it as a charcoal to draw with <{ohyeah}>

Also spicy mustard (real mustard, not the pale fast food restaurant version of it) is a top notch condiment for steak.

I don't think that's an American thing. Never seen someone hold a knife and fork like that before.

In general, the better the meat, the more raw it can be.
I've seen people eat raw meat and nothing happened but we're talking about meat coming from their own animals, fed with the right natural things, and so on.
If the quality of the meat isn't proven...hell no, the maximum I can accept is slightly pink in the middle. TOPS!
And vice versa, if the meat is top-notch, I don't mind eating the "red middle".
In Korea, and I’m sure many other countries, we have a raw beef dish.. Google yukhoe… and just to make sure we get salmonella, we top it off with a raw egg.. and no, it’s not dog meat.. it’s beef.., IMG_6023.jpegIMG_6024.jpeg
…I’m not a fan of it, but a good number of Koreans enjoy it… the real kicker is eating it with raw octopus..

I've had this in Korean restaurants and beef tartar which is essentially its western equivalent.

It's a thing in the West but more of a fine dining thing especially in North America.

I’ve seen beef tartar but never tried it.. Korean yukhoe is just too much raw beef for me.. I’d rather just eat the octopus 🤷‍♂️

He is perfect.

If WW is not Colby's neutral weight class,
Usmans natural weight class is heavyweight.

Colby's funny. You can tell he doesn't believe he's pound for pound champ. I think he lies to be more trumpanzee-like.
It's like he's thinking "ah shit I'm getting filmed, gotta be dumb again".
(I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because I'm a gentleman)

To be fair, I stand by my statement Americans do use the tools differently but you're right, he looked to be holding that fork a little fruity.
There's obviously the American way, the European way and the smooth brain colby way

Medium well & well done steaks with good seasoning are the best tasting steaks. With medium rare & rare you'll be chewing on that red meat for days, & if you're lucky no food poisoning.
