Media Colby exposed for eating well done steak

Dude you are wrong.... it is 100% possible to make a well done tender steak.. you just won't get it at restaurant because they have to cook it low and slow and they want your food on your table.

That said I'm a medium guy but my mom likes it well done and I learned how to make it good for her .

What kind of steak restaurants are you going to that they're cooking low and slow sir?

Are we really comparing Jamaican comfort food to a lean steak with green vegetables and a tiny portion of potatoes?

I'm comparing food to food man, you don't think they eat steak in Jamaica or have potatoes and vegetables, be it comfort food or otherwise?

Man, what kind of meat are you eating that you can't eat a medium rare steak without worry of it harming you?

Is this a thing in America? That you might be at a restaurant where you can't trust a medium rare steak not to poison you? I live in Canada, and over here this is patently NOT a thing.
I was talking in general, not a restaurant per see.
And, no, I don't live in the US.

Oh it is. Everywhere. Mr high and mighty over here. You probably never cut weight before.

And yes, well done steak is kinda meh

I'd be eating a well done steak during fight week, too. You can't risk getting some stomach bug from undercooked meat during fight week lol, just not worth the risk, as uncommon and improbable as it is.

He's mistaking pork and chicken with beef. Pork or chicken should absolutely never be pink, because they carry a shit load of bacteria and parasites that are very resilient to typical sanitization methods.

Ground beef is a grey area, but whole steaks can be kissed on the grill for a few minutes and be eaten safely.

I personally just couldn't give a crap how another mans eats his food..Thats about as dumb as worrying about what another grown man agreed to get paid for something.

It's a terrible comparison, though.

Comparing the stews that she was preparing in he video( let alone looking at dishes on her menu) to the lean meat and vegetables with under seasoned potatoes that Colby was eating in that video.... we might as well be comparing sashimi to hamburgers.

All that said, traditional Caribbean cooking is definitely going to be antithetical to cutting weight.

Now I want Jamaican food.
Dammit!

Dude is wearing a hat and scarf while eating inside.

For full experience, he's eating the steak inside of a meat locker it seems.

Never understand the steak police. Why do you care about how someone else prefers their steaks?
I love steak but I just cant understand that either...Just like personally I hate a crap load of toppings on a pizza but if that's your thing then You do YOU
