Classless Robert Whittaker happy Darren Till needs surgery

why is this disgusting technique allowed? but not soccer kick.

better this is not a skill,is dirty.

The fact that you're comparing leg strikes to head strikes is ridiculous.

Jones has been using that technique for over a decade. Whose career has he ended?

Meanwhile, Boston Salmon almost got killed by a running knee when he was downed.

Right. Wonderboy adjusted to the many knee stomps Till threw.
Hell, Jones has a flying knee stomp that he throws. He is trying to do permanent damage. Have to learn how to defend them.

If he's trying to do permanent damage, why hasn't he seriously injured any of his opponents in more than a decade of using that technique?

Also, Jones generally lands that kick above the knee on the far leg.

The only people that I've ever seen do actual knee stomps are Romero and against Whittaker and McGregor against Holloway.

They are really effective. Although it doesn't break with bones sticking out like in the movies, a lot of fighters are seeming to need surgery after them. So they are definitely slowing people down in the fight.

Same reason he can’t hurt anyone for shit without roids. Dude has chicken legs and zero power.

Do you want to even try to formulate a logical argument?

He was on gear for most of his career, right? And he badly hurt Cormier with his chicken legs when he was on gear, right?

So why didn't he ever hurt anybody with those kicks pre-USADA?

I don't think the injury rate is high enough to justify banning it. The people that say it's a dirty technique are the ones who aren't good at defending it.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with the knee stomps
Perfectly valid technique
Wtf?

Generally Aussies tend to be classless.

Should change the name of this thread, it's trolly fake news.

Whittaker is one of the most classy MMA fighters ever, he's not HAPPY Till needs surgery just happy his technique works and loves the brutality of fighting..

What an embarrassing thing for Till to cry about after he did it continuously

He's an overrated point fighter anyways and the Wonderboy decision was an absolute robbery
DUDE... LISTEN TO THE FREAKIN AUDIO. TILL WAS JOKING FFS. .
/BAN PLS

Till could have tapped right after hurting his knee. Might not have needed surgery if he did that.

He's got no one to blame for taking this fight other than himself

Till wants them banned now huh?

Thompson complained about Till's use of it after their fight and Till responded.

“I saw the interview did,” Till told MTKGlobal in a recent interview of his own. “If he wants leg kicks banned, why don’t we ban spinning head-kicks to the face while we’re at it?

“I was not trying to hurt his knee. I was trying to deaden his leg to stop him using it. That was my strategy. I know he’s had surgery on his left knee and I was not trying to cause him another injury in that area but this is a fight and we’re in the most brutal sport in the world. In my opinion, you can’t really come out and say you want this thing banned or that thing banned.”

I forgot about this. Thanks for bringing it back up.

U cant complain now if it only annoys u once its done to u.

The idea that those kicks should be illegal but spinning heel kicks are allowed is laughable.
