Bench was supposed to end with three singles at my training max of 375. I wanted to push it to see where I am at. 405 didn't exactly fly up, but there was no doubt I was getting it. Might be able to chip my PR in a few weeks.

Skipped block pulls because I tweaked something in my abdomen and I worry that pushing it could lead to a hernia.

Had to shoot a pit bull that was coming after me and my dog on a walk. Called the cops out and they said I did what had to be done. Don't know if the dog survived, but now I think the owner is trying to find me. I don't want to shoot dogs and I don't want people coming after me so that has had me in a weird mood.

Damn, that fucking sucks. I'd only hurt a dog in a situation like that: where I have no choice in order to protect myself(and in your case, your own dog as well).

I don't blame your or the Pit. I blame the fucking moron who didn't train his dog and keep it under control. :mad:
 
Are there any videos or pictures in this thread ? 405 bench press sound outrageous. And it's the internet. So I believe it when I see it. 405 is that strong. Basically you can write anything if I don't see it I can't comfirm if it's real. 405 is super strong. I know I am being that guy.

I mean out of 200k members or whatever the number is, someone is gonna bench 405, can be you. But it's the internet, so you're gonna have insecurity and people making anything up. Like Instagram. We see how there is always a certain percentage of fake things online.

Program winding down. Only easier workouts left so hopefully some minor aches will get better.

Bro. He started this log 3+ years ago , rolling off the couch and getting 275. No doubt today his lifts are going to be a lot more.

Yeah if I trained regulary over the years I'd be lifting a lot too. But don't underestimate catfish bro lol. Exists still. Not saying it's him, it's just always a possiblity. Even irl let alone online in a forum.
 
So I would have made up over 600 individual workouts and posted them over the course of three years while never mentioning this thread to anyone to lie about benching over 400lbs. Sucks to think I put that much effort into an elaborate scheme and my deadlift is still under 500lbs.
