Goals & Gains Clangin' and Bangin'

Really had my doubts that the AC joint injection would do anything, but I guess it did. Was going to start benching heavy again either way since that shot was his last idea for treatment. Rotator cuff injection from a few months ago seems to be wearing off. Tossed and turned in bed trying to find a position that didn't hurt that shoulder. Think I can live with that pain though.
no more sleeping on side. then you roll over and wake up. Is your range limited in any direction?

Ran out of juice today and skipped the extra stuff. Still recovering from partying like a 20 year old this weekend. Got a couple compliments for looking jacked which was funny. Bouncer thanked me for behaving because he didn't want to try and throw me out. Old man said I looked like I could "whip my weight in wildcats" whatever that means. Another guy said he avoided hitting me in the parking lot because he was afraid he'd hurt his truck.
