Sinus infection still has me fucked up, but I wanted to try to get back into my routine today. Shit has wrecked my sleep. Had to drive two hours away for work the other day, but I had to pull over and take a 30 minute nap or I would've died. Good news is I am able to skip core work for a few days. Coughing hard as fuck for over a week has my abs more sore than any exercise I have ever tried.
