Pushed everything back a day and only did the bare minimum today. I think I've had a sinus infection since Friday. Constantly coughing up a lung and sneezing. Fucked up my sleep and I've already lost almost five pounds. Keep thinking I'll be fresh as a daisy tomorrow, but it hasn't happened yet
 
keep an eye on the coughing for 4 weeks. Flu and the big brother flu are covering this city again.

Sinus infection still has me fucked up, but I wanted to try to get back into my routine today. Shit has wrecked my sleep. Had to drive two hours away for work the other day, but I had to pull over and take a 30 minute nap or I would've died. Good news is I am able to skip core work for a few days. Coughing hard as fuck for over a week has my abs more sore than any exercise I have ever tried.

Thought I was ready to get back to my full workout, but 300 feet of farmer walks had me coughing non stop. I'm glad I was never a smoker because two weeks of coughing is fucking terrible

Wanted to bench more so I swapped OHP for another bench day. Used a different program from Forever to lift heavier than the BBB scheme I have been on.
