Finished a program last week, but with time off from work this week I didn't want to deload. Probably need it though because I am kinda worn out. My doctor sent my bloodwork results and I am at the very low end of normal on testosterone. They offered pellet form TRT, but I asked if they can do injections and they can. Haven't committed to it yet, but I am strongly considering it.

Just dicked around with deadlift technique today. I recently switched to a wider stance squat and wanted to see if that would work for deadlift. Probably did around 40 reps working up somewhat close to my max. Even tried the Ed Coan style shit, but that was too wild for me.

Thought I would be going for a colonoscopy soon, but they called and scheduled it for the end of February. Called them back to make sure the doctor didn't feel it was urgent because that was the vibe he gave me at the time.

Haven't responded to the first doctor about the TRT. Been thinking it over and I am beginning to lean heavily in that direction.

You're only gonna look back and notice you're warming up with working sets from 3 weeks ago. Maybe you should buy 2 more plates beforehand.

Took me a lot longer than that and I might not have gotten there without some advice from @Rex the Alchemist. I still let out a little yell when I got it though.

Congrats on milestone brother! Usually sit quietly and laugh at those responses. This isn't even a powerlifting forum and they speak like 400 is a warm up session. Shit is heavy! 2x body weight ain't average

Had another kinda scary fuck up on this one. First attempt at 400 I lost my balance as soon as I unracked it. Immediately got folded in half. Spotter arms were in place so it wasn't a big deal, but it got me to really focus on the next attempt. I know I could have gotten a little more, but I want to stay in a relatively safe zone.

Good job, bro. Sometimes one little tweak is all you need for everything to come together. Don't worry about what those people say. As long as you are getting stronger and enjoying what you are doing that's all that matters. It's your world.
