I would have never made it to the doctor if I actually had to go in person. The app is offered through my work, but I had never used it. Shit was really uncomfortable today so I downloaded the app and within an hour I was talking to the doctor. Nice lady called in my script and said that if I'm not better in a few days then I'd need to go somewhere for a physical exam.When I had my external hemorrhoid I was dreading going to the doctor. It lasted a month and it was impossible to keep clean. I thought I going to have to show my cute Asian doctor my bloody shitty blown out asshole. Luckily after a month it finally went down.

Mixed feelings on this. Disappointed that I couldn't break 400, but I did get it off the floor. Somewhat happy to set a PR especially considering the problem I have been having lately. May not have been a good idea to max with this shit going on, but it doesn't feel like it's going away anytime soon. 385 felt good enough so I think I could have squeezed out another 5lbs.

Wasn't sure if maxing was a good idea on Monday and I ended up in pain yesterday. Honestly don't know if lifting had anything to do with it so I went ahead today. I'll have to drive for about five hours tomorrow so if lifting aggravates it then I just royally fucked myself.
I don't know what the hell is going on. If anything I feel like I am wasting away. I want to do more, but at the same time I am afraid of fucking myself up worse.
