I've displayed skepticism of Barr's summary when I don't have the document he's basing it on available to read. So that's "coming to a conclusion" to you?

And hypocrisy keeps on keeping on. It was the Republicans in 2012 that complained constantly the the Obummer administration was the least transparent and shit needed changing. It was one of Trump selling points, he tells it like it is or how it’s made up in his mind.
