Chocolate Milk after a workout???

I thought the optimum post workout carb:protein ratio was 4:1. That's what Accelerade claims, and I've read it in several places.

You can do anything from 2:1 to 4:1.
 
Ok, ok, I lied. I do go around peeing in pitchers of beer at bars though.
