China COVID Cover-Up Megathread

They don't suffer from the same skyrocketing rates of metabolic disease like most of the western world and all developing nations.

I wonder if the USA keeps people alive who just wouldn't be still around in places like China, thereby giving the USA higher covid numbers and death rates?

Almost 0 cases in China for covid-19. Do a google search, and you can't click on China in the dropdown menu for whatever reason, but you can find out that they almost eradicated the virus, despite not restricting international travel. How on earth did they do it and why can't we do the same?

I know a woman who went back to china to get the corona vaccine.

The threat is little and they quickly accepted it and moved on. They also controlled the spread quite strategically.

Majority of world would not even know there is a virus if not for the the fear mongering. Other then fat ass pill popping America most nations have no excess yearly deaths. No matter what lockdown measures they took. Same expected yearly death count.
Hi CCP

The ChiComs also stopped trravel within China at the beginning while actively sending infected Chinese to EU and US, basically biological warfare.

Australia and China relations are at a low point, yet Australia got it under control.

America, UK and Sweden gambled that it wasn't going to be a big problem, they were wrong.

China halted all internal travel whilst getting a grip on Wuhan.

Their citizens were free to travel the world though.

<JagsKiddingMe>

So seeing America is now much worse now than China ever was, it should ban its citizens from leaving America?

Japan, Vietnam and Korea did fine too. Japan didn't do the Chinese style lockdowns but everybody wears a mask and they didn't have super spreaders.
Korea almost lost control due to their fanatical Christians.

I think, more importantly, these countries are either somewhat small or have restricted internal travelling. In the EU you have infected people moving around countries and in the US moving around states. That stopped in China sparing the countryside.

They are likely fudging their numbers. But also they are an authoritarian regime and can literally force people to stay in their homes. The U.S. can't do that.

The reason the lockdowns didn't work that well in the U.S. is because we didn't actually fully lock down and half the people weren't wearing masks or socially distancing.

China has a unique political and social system that are great for mass mobilization, but suppresses creative thoughts and innovation. They impose extremely harsh lockdowns and implemented a very effective contact tracing system using their state surveillance system. When the government ordered national mask mandate, everyone obeyed. No other country can contain outbreaks faster than they do. They tried to sweep things under the rug in the first few weeks in Wuhan. Once that blew up in their faces, they got their shit together quick.

Strict adherence to lockdown measures + universal mask wearing + effective contact tracing + effective airport screening = success

Murica on the other hand, appears more confused and disoriented than ever after 10 months.

First off, anyone who tests positive goes into a hospital even if they don't have symptoms.

They have cameras everywhere in china and they go to the extreme with the contact tracing, They will test the shit out of everybody that came in contact with the infected person.

They don't have dips hits running around complaining about masks.

In the US we value personal freedoms while the people in China value the collective. Their attitude is what has made it easier for them. Plus much better leadership in this area than we have been getting here in the US.

Very improbable.
I work with 3 Chinese nationals.
They say it still there, but they don’t like to talk about.
Also there are way to many unrealistic BS being spilled to allow then to keep doing their business while the West gets lockdowned.
The country is to large with to many almost unreachable locations where even basic sanitation is still a luxury.
You gonna tell me that in places where people have no heat, still cooking using a single stove straight up screwed into a gas plug and using clean water everyday is not a normal situation to the point they can’t even shower daily are keeping high levels of sanitation and quarantining?
There are people dead there that their government don’t even know about, and they don’t even care probably as long as they don’t get close to the big cities.
You're in total denial, lol. There are thousands and thousands of expats living in China, myself included, and each can tell you that life is normal and COVID-free. Like I said, any outbreak of unknown origin (which is rare) is promptly stamped out with contact tracing, testing, and extensive quarantining. There's no conspiracy related to the current situation in China.

Careful, you're gonna get called a China shill.

Right wingers: It's just the flu. 99.999% survival rate! Lockdown bad! You can't stop a virus.
Also right wingers: It's biological warfare from China. They should have stopped it. Nuke them!!

I totally expect it, but also feel compelled to call bullshit on their conspiracy theories.
