I once built a very small Sauna in a closet covering its inside with aluminium foil and blasting of a couple of IR bulbs made for growing piglets! Saved me a lot of money compared to buying fancy stuff! Try it!

But make a foil helmet for your head from the start or that thing will get cooked more then most people want it to be.

She seems like a pretty awesome person. It was heart breaking hearing her talk about what it’s like to put herself through this. Sounds horrible.

At the same time she's choosing to do so by being insanely inflated with as much extra muscle as any female fighter in history and beyond (Gabi Garcia excluded)...so that she can enjoy a huge size and strength advantage like she had over Pena. It's not like she can't lose weight to save her life, she's actively fighting to keep that much on.

I miss my IR Sauna but wife says we do not have space for it so it stays at the attic for now.
