Challenge me

In relevant news, am at the gym 5th out of 6th day and just did a deep ass to grass 80 kg x 7 squat set. For some reason I keep squating 7 even on the warm up. Squats are the hardest excercise right now. Dls feel good now. Still my body isn't used to weighed squats.

225 x 6 problem are my fingers. So rather heavy less reps. I could do this 225 x 10. Maybe I should get grip bands for DL.

Technique update : second 225 set 8 reps. Figured over under ist best. Left hand under as I'm a lefty.

Now cleans maybe 50 kg. And a bit OHP.
Nah did 40 kg clean. Maybe 2 sets than OHP and bag. These weights drain energy. At the end do a bit functional to feel I left it in the gym. Swearting. Slight lower back pain. More like pulling not injury. DL SQ gives me stiff lower back / hip.

Than "functional & cardio", bagwork, stretch. Got a lot of time. First time in a month came early. I'm always here till 5 minutes before it closes here.

Amazing when you come 4 hours before gym closes. I never wanna get up and go. Always when it's "if I don't go now I won't make it". Having 4 hours is beautiful. Rest between excercises. Doing what you want not what you can fit in. Not being awake into the night cause the blood flow.
 
Actually rawdog that is bullshit. Izzy had no excuse, he said weed. Weed doesn't give you a boobie. It was steroids. He is a ufc champ with sudden gyno. Dude took roids. Others didn't call him out cause they roid too and it´s normal there.

I know people and saw what Izzy had to say about it, laughing it off, getting embarassed. He smiled talking bout roids on a different video and explained what they do, huge cheesy smile and like "of course I don´t do that"

I think you can´t read people like me and haven´t followed MMA like me.

You just did some roids and trained a bit.

You haven´t talked and got to known the amount of people I have neither is your inteligence near mine.

Wouldn't have a clue. Probably not, but I am still trying to work out what you even mean. I am kinda picturing a partial curl with some of the rotator cuff movement mixed together as you lift it up.

I have some clubell experience and own a 20kg(45lb) as my heaviest one. I have some experience doing rotational work like that for the shoulder, but I did it more dynamically and through a greater range of motion.
Edit: Arm wrestling makes sense. All you had to say is you are training that.
Personally I would use a heavy band over a big dumbell. Seems a better way to mimic the movement.
The band itself wouldn’t be more beneficial,weights and table time ( training constant with actual arm wrestlers) would be better . I don’t lift specifically for arm wrestling I use the training for overall strength and there no replacement for dead weight because you can also do static training that conditions your body to lift heavier weight more then the average in shape guy just doing normal lifts with proper technique. I can still concentrate curl 90 pounds with good Technique relatively easy for sets ……this is bc I strength train not doing anything for any particular reason even punching / martial arts etc etc

over under grip is a great band aid for grip defeciencies
you can work on grip too as it will have benefits for your other lifts
heavy carries, static hangs and forearm work can all help.

also congrats on 80x7 in the squat. you can probably hit 100+ easily for a single.

also don't put so much into titty gyno it's more common in native/Latino populations
I have it and have never done roids in my liin (my physique would leave no questions on that)
with natural gyno when you have low body fat it is pretty unnoticeable but even just getting a bit higher body weight it is pretty noticable which sucks

Fair enough, competing in the sport obviously would be preferred. I would have thought being able to drive against the band would be better than just supporting a dead weight.
Seems like you could mimic the hand positions, maintain iso holds at different points and all that. The dead weight would work better on the palm up side and the band on the palm down side of the arm wrestling movement. No idea though as I have no experience in the sport, just thinking about it whilst trying to think of that exercise you explained.

I have never done a concentration curl in my life haha. My curls are usually done with towels through kettlebells, heavy bands or barbells. I like the towel curls the most and despise the barbell curls.

All I said is that there are plenty of possible explanations for gyno that are not related to PEDs. Which is 100% factually accurate. I even said I'd bet he has used. I’ll see tomorrow my shoulders were a bit heavy today I’m training different taking less time off so recovery is less but I have a 3 days off going into tomorrow,the biggest challenge is I haven’t done concentration curls in months to get to 90”s usually takes a week to get the motion back my dumbbells also aren’t normal they have 3 inch handles on them , if I go to a normal gym those handles are only 1/2 inch or whatever they are ?

Bands are better if you train routinely in arm wrestling with other pullers , but dead weight is better if you self train . I don’t know any pro arm wrestlers other then myself that trained with limited things and competed, ultimately cables would be best and I haven’t done them in years either . I do concentration curls for my style really sinking in hard hook much like a hook punch which .

Though the last tournament I was ( I actually trained for it ) was a sit down championship ( apparently my opponent was allowed to get off his seat bc he was part of the team that ran the event and he was the second best arm wrestler in the weight class there ) he needed to do that to barely win , But anyway I do it more for hobby some of those guys that’s their life that’s all they do I was getting really strong last year bc I kept going to practice with some champions but it’s 2 hours away so I haven’t went in a year .

I know people who have natural gyno. Natural gyno is permanent unless you get surgery. It is from puberty. My school friend always had it, he got surgery later in life. Izzy got a suden gyno burst. I got natural pectus excavatum. Might be bad for cardio ? Can´t complain I´m still gifted with big bones.

I got an appointment in April. So I can say hi how my days been how I feel fine talk for 10-15 minutes and she gets paid. Its just for her to get paid, out of my gratitude, cause her giving me the green light to reduce my meds made me feel good about it and it worked. Now she says to stop it altogether but yep like I said am tapering it off. Lol crazy. I don´t pay for it it´s part of health care. I never had psychiatrist give me advice ect. The mental illness part came from diverse puberty stuff, failing school, unhealthy habbits. Also I had the most horrible sleeping paterns at parts of my life. I watched like horror movies and slept with the light on for 2 months when I was like 13. I would always go to bed at like 2. Sleep deprivation eats your brain up :). And being atheistic cursing at God. So the devil went after me ;). But I found my faith at 27. Be careful out there, the devil can come and test your faith my bro :D.
I mean I still finished gymnasium which is the best high school type in Europe, granted we cheated for me to even get in. I could study German, English, enroled succesfully - second best entry test scores, however I don´t like studying and just stayed there a few months cause the city had a MMA gym and mine only had boxing. Just speaking english and german I can get jobs. I literaly speak German, Croatian and English. I got a deficiency at Kurac and picka ti materina, salim se brate, ovo su samo izrazi balkanski ne znace nista. Jebote pas :).

Awesome, please don't forget to prove the weight is legit, someone will surely call you out if you use that monster dumbbell you have. Recommend you step on scale, show weight, then pickup new dumbbell and do curls all in one continuous shot. Sincerely hope you pull this off, I can't remember the last time someone made a claim like this here and actually backed it up. Good Luck.

No man I don't think you are stupid, mental health problems are just like any other illness but people on the outside have a hard time dealing with them because they can be affected by them differently than other illness. It can be a fine line between someone struggling and someone just being a jerk.
