Meh those Blunt gifs did nothing for me any more then any of these Larson gifs

I lied, this one does a little something :)

Blunt has the superhero physique(for a hollywood actress) which would give credibility to a badass character. Can you imagine Eric Forman as Thor?

Can't believe how much money this made. Truly insane how strong Marvel's name is. They could make a billion dollars with a camera zoomed in on a pile of cow shit for 2 hours. I guess it must be little girls and their parents that are bringing the money. Every hardcore male Marvel fan that I know hates this movie

The Blunt gifs have nothing to do with her sex appeal. I' not really attracted to her. The post is more about her presence in the role. She's tough, yet vulnerable.

I liked Brie's tits in Skull Island, don't recall disliking her in the movie either. She always looks like she has a touch of the downs facially though lol.

You are quite correct, lookin at IMDB the avg "less than 18 years old" female gives it an 8.2 while the avg is 7.1. I guess the future of MCU isnt just female but girly :P

Disney Confirmed To Have Manipulated Captain Marvel Perception

A report by USA Today confirms two Disney studio executives said that "they've become more adept and prepared for combating organized negativity around a release."

Rotten Tomatoes also restarted its "Audience Score" following the flick's release, which appears to be in order to inflate the positive numbers. The president of Fandango is a former Disney executive.

It also recently became known that a movie reviewer for NBC Universal's SYFY site lied about doing reviews stating they had to spin things positively or else they wouldn't get access to exclusives, which included early access to movies and celebrity interviews.

Deadline has also been inflating box office numbers for Captain Marvel in every one of their articles.

It is also thought that Disney may be falsely reporting Captain Marvel box office numbers, as numerous users on social media have posted pictures of empty movie theaters. Another possibility is that Disney could be buying up all the empty seats themselves to falsely inflate ticket sales.

Speaking of bots, it is known fake positive user reviews have been posted to the Captain Marvel Rotten Tomatoes page, as they all state the same thing, which looks to be as a result of bot traffic.

Of course, with SYFY confirming they shill for Disney, that basically confirms that any other site that also gets access to early screenings and interviews is also offering a false narrative about their own reports.

Brie Larson is an inspiration for girls. That even with a fucking bitch face guys will white knight you as long as your tits are big enough. Plastic surgeons rejoice.

That movie made way more the first weekend though so they would have had to make way more the 2nd weekend than captain marvel to not get the same % drop.

Kevin Feige coming out yesterday confirming that Captain Marvel is gonna be the face of Marvel after End Game means I'm done with the franchise.

Why would he even say that? It's not like there is one face of Marvel now: Cap, Iron Man, Spidey, Thor have had good solo runs and while RDJ might be the godfather, it's the ensemble that makes the MCU so great.

Absolutely no reason to put all your eggs in Captain Marvel's basket.

Disney/Marvel's PR department made Captain Marvel a talking point. Of course it was going to make money. People went to see it just to know which side of the fence they were on. It isn't just about being part of the brand, even though that helps. It'll outperform a number of more anonymous MCU movies.

Guess ill have to link this again: https://screenrant.com/captain-marvel-mcu-leader-kevin-feige/
From the article: "Whatever the specifics of Larson’s Marvel contract may be, it’s clear that she’s the new face of the MCU, and that Carol Danvers will undoubtedly be one of the most talked about movie figures of 2019"

https://cosmicbook.news/kevin-feige-captain-marvel-avengers-retcon
From article:
"Two things I really disliked about Captain Marvel include the gender swap of Mar-vell and the big retcon of the MCU with the origin of The Avengers. The former was explained to have been suggested by co-director Anna Boden who simply thought it was a good idea (sure), but it is learned the latter was a mandate from Kevin Feige."

From the article:
The report mentions that videos posted to YouTube that weren't favorable about Captain Marvel or its star Brie Larson were pushed down.

This is kind of interesting. I spend quite a lot of time on YouTube, and watched at least 10-ish recommended Captain Marvel reviews. They were pretty much all negative. I don't doubt for a moment that my filter bubble is pretty thick, so I'm not disputing that there could still have been manipulation going on. But if Youtube's algorithms are so geared towards the user's personal preference, I don't think Disney managed to game the system very much.

They changed "Brie Larson" to be a newsworthy search so that if you search for that to find all the garbage she says you have to go through like 10 videos from CNN, NBC etc and other shill companies first. Dont think they did much to change the recommended videoes etc like you said.

Absolutely zero interest in this one. Swerving it completely.
