I never been into baseball but this dude ball is all over the place an still hitting the box. And made me realize I cant throw a curve. Can yall. Is it hard to learn.

not very well but I can...

I use to play first base never pitched...

Thats actually done with a special ball. Its extremely difficult for Major League pitchers to get that much movement on a baseball.

I was a pitcher when I was a kid/teen and had a natural curve ball. Somehow, every pitch I threw was a curve ball. I actually had to learn how to throw a normal pitch.

Heres a video of MLB pitchers throwing actual curveballs. Not even close to the movement that that special ball provides

The video you posted is of some homo playing with a kids toy.

Only when I try to throw it straight.

i was a pitcher and played third base in my teens and into high school. yes, i can throw a curve. i'm probably a bit rusty, but i still remember how to throw the normal stuff, like curves, sliders, sinkers, etc. was never a fast pitcher. i was more like a greg maddux-type. movement and accuracy. didn't allow many walks.

That's a wiffel ball. Baseball's don't curve like that.

I used to be able to throw one but I haven't thrown a ball in 20 Years. You need a good snap with decent velocity to get decent movement.

Who are you guys kidding? You were all catchers
i played first but on the weekends a bunch of guys would come over and take turns pitching to me and i would catch for them.

Ya, a baseball curve ball doesn't curve UP like that. And no I cannot throw one. I think I'd tear my elbow.

I aint throwing shit but my back out

lol @Cheese did you never play wiffle ball growing up? I thought you were street. smh

I can throw a pretty sick curve/slider with a wiffle ball, which is what I believe that to be - it's definitely not a baseball.

Me and my wrestling team used to play outside the dorms habitually back in college. So much so we'd get randoms to join in games, and we formed a team that won the intramural tourny the one year they had it there (team name - The Ball Bags). Still got the winning T shirt somewhere.

Then after we moved off campus we'd just play on the street outside one of our cribs.

Wiffle ball is good times.
