Can Yair beat Max?

I think Yair wins. He might get welded shut and tired, but I think, offensively, Yair's got a lot more to offer than most of Max's previous opponents.

I think he'll actually look really good in the first and maybe second. Yair can use his kicks and footwork to keep Max outside and land. I don't think he can put enough on his shots and keep this up. Yair will likely fade and Max will start lighting him up.
