Aren't all prize fighters ? They all put their bodies, health and brains on the line for money. I think Askren was just a bit deulsional and over confident in his abilities, he never put in effort to develop a well rounded game in MMA, he overlooked Masvidal and now he's overlooked Jake. The hips probably don't help either. At the end of the day, he has a family to provide for, his fighting career is over and it's not like he's got many other opportunities aside from coaching wrestling which probably doesn't pay all that much anyway.
