I am so frustrated. My gains are so slow.

My brother just recently started weightlifting at Crossfit. He deadlifted 300lbs no problem his 1st time deadlifting. Now he is deadlifting 405 x3

I have been deadlifting for 3 years, I started at 200lbs and I am now just at 375. Fuck me... I have the passion for lifting but suck so much at it.
