I was on a business trip for 4 days in NH then went to Niagara Falls, Canada.

I worked out at the hotel. I did lat pulldowns, chest press and tricep pushdowns. It was all I could do.

Yesterday at the gym:

Hopefully my chest responds to higher reps. I still have not found out how to improve my chest.

I attempted dips but had to stop due to sternum pain. I'm done dips for at least a month now.

The snatch was done with an olympic bar. The thickbar doesn't have rotating ends so all olympic movements are a lot harder.
