ID's aren't $20 in most places, and basically everything you said after that was based on "most big cities" which is retarded. you can't "walk to the DMV in most places" and you can't get public transportation in like 45% of this country. we don't make laws that suppress the voting of (minimum) 45% of the country.

95% of people have a drivers license already according a pew survey.

Only 44% of the population voted in the last election. So that 5% likely 56% don't vote anyway. That's 4.3m people that might have voted that would need to get an ID , that's like 2% of the population. So we are fine with not having faith in fair elections so long as 2% of the population can vote without an ID? Dem math every time.

Agreed. There is absolutely no legitimate reason not to have voter ID. Dems will give you BS about "if even one voter is turned away because of ID it's an injustice" but it's just that, BS. All they want to do is excuse everyone of being a responsible adult and hand out goodies.

All fraudulent votes should be suppressed, that's what requiring ID does.

ID is required at registration or the first time you vote in person. Requiring ID at the time you vote does fuck all, since there are already checks against voting illegally, and there's already no evidence of fraud.

You want step by step process ? easy because there is only one, pass a law making it impossible to figure out who is voting illegally. I suggest you check out the very first post in this thread.

You didn't read my question, apparently. Walk me through how and why you as a California voter, with the existing laws, would try to cast an illegal vote, in person, for your preferred candidate.
