He didn't serve, he's full of shit. He's an unhinged weirdo, just read his posts. He's that weirdo at the bar claiming he fought for our freedom so we owe him a drink.
I’m not the one with my boyfriends pictures as my profile picture;<{hughesimpress}> basically dickeating and I never get vulgar until provoked. Luckily for this dickhead I do have shit to do & have to give this a rest.

But I never get personal and have fought overseas for the rights of entitled pussies, so this ain’t nothing new. <RomeroSalute>

Because you served we should deny Goularte Due Process of Law? He should be cloaked in the presumption of guilt because no on has ever been wrongly accused?
Careful, he's going to tell you about his amateur kickboxing to prove he knows more than you.

Man I'd be so lucky to have a real American Heroes like Chris Weidman, and Wonderboy as my boyfriends. The idea of it makes me hate my wife.

Telling me you don’t have kids without telling me.

Tell me you don't actually care about your kids without telling me.

Option 1: do street justice, do a drive by shooting and endanger the public, go to prison and miss your kid growing up.

Option 2: let the justice system handle it, be there for your children and your family in their greatest moment of need.

Pop quiz: what is the most intelligent and rational option for a father to choose?

For the record I think Cain owes that man an apology (unless knew facts come to light).

I'm sure an apology will make up for the gunshot wounds and almost getting murdered. Since according to you Cain did the right thing.

With that said, a stand up guy turns his back on his Stepson, who committed a heinous crime, while shaming his wife. And that’s just the relatives we know that worked at that daycare. Y’all sound like “he didn’t do nuffins [enablers]” (unless new facts come to light).

{<huh}

You just went from telling me you'd commit murder for your kid to now saying you should immediately abandon them. It's hilarious how you flip on a dime.

Just to be clear, we are talking about an alleged crime here. Wouldn't you at least want the court to look at the evidence and determine guilt before abandoning your own kid?

He forgot the part about defending our Constitutional Rights. Innocent until proven guilty isn't a thing in his America.

What I find funny is that every time there is a woman accusing a guy of rape or sexual assault people will crawl out the woodwork to defend the guy and demand that no one take an opinion until he's been found guilty. Yet no one ever does that for this type of crime.

I think every case you have to look at the facts that have been reported and go from there. There is no physical evidence in this case, it's the word of a 4 year old who admitted his parents told him what to tell everyone. And an adult who has no criminal history, no history of abuse, they didn't find any incriminating evidence on his phone, computer, or web searches. And we're supposed to say "Yep, he's 100% guilty." and at the same time say "Nah Cain is completely innocent and shouldn't be in any trouble at all."

It's wild.

Does that include fighting for Due Process granted by the 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution?
It even includes fighting for hypocrites, (male) pussies, & rapists, etc.

I’m not the one who calls people out their name or hits verbally below the belt (diminishing someone’s service overseas with absolutely no proof). I responded to a controversial, polarizing topic and have credited people for keeping it civil. For the record.

You can tell what a conspiracy deranged psycho he is just from
"one of the few who knows rape/child molestation are criminal sexual acts FIRST & FOREMOST"

Yes. He is a brilliant moral island alone in a sea of corruption. He is the only person in the world who knows that rape and child molestation are sexual acts and illegal. No one else knows or cares about that. All praise the champion of these victims who are unknown to the people

Bet he posts on other forums about the reptilian cabal of illuminati figures in Hollywood and world governments with their every child trafficking ring

Tonight when I ask my wife what her students learned in school today, I'm going to hit her with that piece of knowledge. Bet it blows her mind.

I see your point, except that the children are the biggest victims in my eyes, and Cain relationship with his son will be more similar to a Father who’s away overseas fighting for his country. I’ve seen too many instances of a kid being so proud of his Father’s service & commitment that the children are closer to JFK’s & MLK’s children who knew how honorable their fathers were. I’d prefer that this didn’t happen & no wars ever made me know kids who’s parents were overseas, but I don’t think this charges spell immediate disaster for Cain’s kids because his Dad will be such an honorific figure if he serves a long sentence. Big if …

Malcolm X barely saw his children according to his autobiography, and I’m not happy about that, nor would I recommend it. However, the inverse isn’t automatically true in which they grew up feeling abandoned. Everything that I ever read about his children was that they grew up proud of their Father’s honorable name and infamous hurdles, and the overall community never let them forget about his greater overall influence as opposed to a traditional lesser known father.

When convicted Cain goes to some badass American prison or gets some wiggle room choosing the place to serve sentence? In any case, he Brown Pride will rule prisons

It's crazy how Cain Jr and Cain Sr are separated by so many years yet they have the same level of intelligence and shooting abilities. I'm actually amazed at how completely incompetent he was. It's embarrassing really.

As a father of two, it would be impossible to be in a stable mental state if one of my kids came home with those accusations.

Not condoning anything. Not passing judgement on anyone. Just saying… Being a parent changes you.
If he kills the guy and isn't so reckless this whole thing is a non issue. It's the shooting wildly and hitting the wrong guy thing that's the issue. No one would fault a parent for settling the score. The problem is he was sloppy.

He would be in prison for even longer if had murdered the guy he was trying to shoot. Murder vs attempted murder. We have laws and the justice system for a reason.

This is absolute nonsense. He will be sharing a 6×8 cell with another criminal instead of raising his kid. He's not a hero.

You never even answered the question. What would an intelligent and caring father do? Shoot up a car and go to prison or not do that and be there for your children and family when they need you? Why do you think being a male requires you to act like an idiot?

This thread very clearly sets apart those who are able to think rationally and logically even amidst a terrible situtation vs those who just fly off the handle emotionally without knowing all the facts or without even thinking of the consequences. It's very clear there are 2 parties in this debate.

You have the
"You can't go around shooting people in public, chasing them down, putting innocents at risk no matter what the situation"
vs
"Child Molester was accused......do anything and everything you want to chase and shoot anyone related to the accused person b/c they are probably guilty too!"

This. Sadly, he did not do his child any favors at all. This "revenge" wasn't helping his kid cope with this at all. The best way to help his kid would be to be at home with the kid. Being a father to him. Getting him therapy, etc. Not having the kid show up to talk to him on a phone between 2 pieces of plexiglass.
