I think Cain had substantial evidence the guy who molested or raped his child was guilty, the guy caught isn’t even fighting the fact he’s guilty. Cain simply needed to isolate the guy and beat him to death. Not go nuts and do what he did. But if someone showed me cell phone footage or security footage of my 5 year old son being molested. I don’t know how I’d react. Maybe the same way! Shit. It was obviously something monumental that made Cain do what he did. Cain isn’t a coward Swede where foreigners rape their daughters for sport over in Sweden

Cain will go to a high-level prison in CA because of his offense, no country club level 1 for him. Pretty sure his points will make him at least level 3, if not 4. I don't think he will be in any physical danger; he will be a hero. However, not very comfortable living in a high-level prison: the accommodations aren't so great.

Same here. My only problem is when do I stop? Let’s say it was a teenager who did this to your son or daughter, I wouldn’t be content with just offing the teen. I’d probably also go after the mom and dad too, I’m crazy like that.

Isn't fighting that he's guilty? You'd do that in court. Where he has a pending case.

I think we all feel for the guy. And I don't want to see him locked up in a ideal world. The issue really is if he's prone to doing this, when is the next time and what will trigger it? I mean i can't imagine what its like to be in the situation he and his family are in but what he did has to have some repercussion.. the public has to be kept safe from rick of this kind of violence.

Hopefully he does minimal time and comes out and lives a good life. As for the the dude should be executed.

1) An argument (by a competent attorney) can be made that Cain who wasn’t well known (or rich) until late 2010 at 28 years old (at the earliest) is one whom you would NOT qualify as a juror of his peer.

Just kinda referencing people who make judgment calls during an extreme emotional state, never turns out well. It's why samurais learned to stay balanced and leveled out emotionally at all times, never too worked up, never too down, so they could make good decisions at all times.


As far as Halloween Ends goes, I was literally in shock the first time I saw it, it was so far from what I expected. Over time and a few times rewatching, I've come to enjoy it for what it is, and for the fact it wasn't what I expected. I still don't know what to make of some parts of that film, but I enjoy it much more today than I did almost a year ago when I saw it. Learned that there is an apparent bidding war for the rights to Halloween, already action on the franchise and it will move forward. Probably a reboot/remake series. Rumors they will make a new feature or series based on Halloween 3, too, which I think is pretty cool.

They can't beat those three--impossible.

Being a phile is not a sexual orientation, sexual orientation pretains to gender, being a phile is a sickness of the mind either brought about due to a natural mental disorder or trauma. These people are wierd differently much like a pyschopath, while some are like sociopaths and devlope into philes.

These people don't need to be "converted" they need to be REHABILITATED, the fact that you think being a phile is a sexual orientation or can be treated as one just shows you don't truly understand the disease, being a phile is a mental illness, those who obtain this mental illness by trauma can and most certainly have been rehabilitated and those who have it naturally should come forward.

I'm not arguing that "philes" should be around children, but you know the revolation is? They are, they're around children all the time because they exist withing our community and we have no way to tell who they are because they go unidentified until they actually harm a child or get caught with child pornography. I'm saying in order to keep children safe we allow philes to take inactive in seeking proper help without fear of being identified. It's a lot better than waiting until they actually harm a child and then just throwing them in prison.

philia isn’t a sexual orientation; it’s a sick form of sexual activity no different than heterosexual rape. If I knew of someone obsessed with thoughts of rape or child molestation, I’d only advocate therapy in the form of real world warnings & actions, such as the therapists reporting such confessions and concerns to the authorities.

I’m all for Helen Prejean working with rapist & murderers; I just hope such people are aware that if carried out, there’s a large population like myself who don’t shed one tear when they receive comeuppance.

Basically they should be weary of seeking treatment the way an alcoholic would; because the manifestation of their actions ARE HEINOUS FOR SOCIETY’S SAKE. The fact that they’re (hypothetically) weary makes me deem that they know better; so why the damn obsession? In general I'm not for vigilante justice. I strongly prefer the rule of law (as long as it is just). But what is a good man to do when the state refuses to do their job? Why is a child predator out on bail?

If the state is unable or unwilling to do it's job then strong men will pick up the slack. If the state persecutes those strong men then it deserves to be dealt with. Sic Semper Tyrannus.
