Former UFC Champion Cain Velasquez sentencing this Monday

Gaslight attempt and fail.
Gaslight attempt? You literally told me how I think. Incorrectly, I might add

The state of California knows much more about what happened in that daycare than you or I do.
It's obvious they believe Harry Goularte is guilty of lewd acts with a minor (Cain's son) and that
they have enough evidence to convict him in court.
Welcome to the justice system. First time? By that logic, the defense knows just as much and argues he didn't. Are either of them judge or jury? Reply on a postcard please

Does that mean they live in a revenge fantasy world too?
No, they just probably understand how courts work. What with working inside them. You should try it.

Could have put a bullet through two children's brains.
But will probably get a slap on the wrist instead.
Because big man got agitated.
Only a needy little cunt does something like that!
His kid got molested and he clearly has significant brain trauma. It doesn't make what he did right, but the motivation and back story behind this need to at least be considered on some level.

He didn't just lose his cool at a traffic stop and start bussin'.

He'll immediately slide into a nice comfy enforcer role for the mexican car once he hits gen pop.

Except, his kid never got molested.
But the fear of that is very much real. Almost panicked when my daughter dissapeared on me for fun on a parking lot.
Give it ten more years and she could have killed me with that.

A minimum of 10 years.

That would be a just punishment, imo.

He LITERALLY SHOT AN INNOCENT MAN. He fired SEVERAL SJOTS on CA, highways/expressways, etc.

Even right beside a school he was firing indiscriminately.

He almost killed one innocent person. And he didn’t give a fuck who was injured because of his actions.

As a judge.. I’d give him at least 10 years.

This all happened because some :eek::eek::eek: sexually assaulted his kid at day care, right?

Just trying to provide a little accurate context here.
That guys trial is in May so Cain will be sentenced before we know the outcome to that trial. As of now, he hasn't been convicted.

I tend to agree man, a very dumb thing to do

Absolutely not. Send his ass to jail.

I agree with some prison time but let's be real. Cain has helped the community long before he committed this crime. He's done a lot more positive choices than negative ones.

I sympathize with impassioned nature of a father who obviously believes his son was molested, which none of us can say is accurate or not. Unfortunately, aside from taking the law into his own hands, the fact is he badly injured a completely innocent party so I suspect he will have at least a few years of additional time assigned.
He injured an innocent? If true fuck him.

The negative one was a pretty bad choice, Sherbro

It was, but I don't think Cain is a particular danger to anyone unless some extreme outlier situation happens. I'd be ok with giving him a 6 year sentence where he's already served time and will get time off for good behavior.

I don't think he had any sort of criminal record before this.

It's kinda too late for that. I don't want him to serve too much hard time but I just don't see how a judge can go easy on him given what he did.
