He did nothing wrong and only people who support the perp would disagree, the person he allegedly shot was the enabler stepfather of that perp who was trying to cover his actions by driving away which led to the car chase

The enabler stepfather should be the one doing jail time for aiding and abetting a known perp

Dana & others in the MMA community will get Trump to have a "word" with Newsom to make sure Cain gets no jail time

Maybe probation at the most for disturbing the peace but no jail time

It seems a couple people don't understand how the justice system actually works. The case with the alleged pdf file isn't exactly an open and shut case on video with multiple witnesses. A jury is going to have to look at the information and evidence, listen to the arguments, and everything is going to get laid out in court. Then they'll make a decision.

I think he'll probably be found guilty, but that hasn't actually happened yet.

He LITERALLY SHOT AN INNOCENT MAN. He fired SEVERAL SJOTS on CA, highways/expressways, etc.
