Rumored Cain Velasquez is being released from prison tomorrow

hypothetically, if cain took all the roids, stem cells, and EPO, could he come back as a contender or his body too broken? what was the reason he quit? knee injury against francis and needed spinal fusion?
get this kid on the TRT vitor was on and he trickshots tommy

*California prisons are overcrowded.
*Cain had no criminal record.
*Dozens wrote letters to the judge, displaying his status amongst the latino community.

And yes, I know of all the details of the crime and the arguments at the trial.
Maximum sentences are typically given to hardened criminals that are cancers upon society.
Cain doesn't qualify, and effectively deserved a light sentence, which he received.

He’s not a hardened criminal, but a professional cage fighter
So basically the same thing
He got lucky

Dana could of gotten POTUS to pardon him anyway if he did get serious time

The shit he pulled gets people 20+ years behind bars

it's nothing short of a miracle that he's getting out tomorrow.
that's true, he could've killed innocent bystanders. most civilians would have gotten a decade plus.

Absolutely. He's getting out because he's famous and Dana White who is friends with the president was sending letters to the judge. If this was anyone else or any of us we would be doing a proper bid for reckless endangerment and probably attempted murder. There are 'fans' in here celebrating a two tier justice system.

And Cain Velasquez is my fave UFC fighter ever btw.

it's the kind of logic that's pervasive in the culture war. "cain is great therefore anything he does it ok". we can definitely understand why he flew off the handle, but there's a reason why vigilante justice isn't the standard. i like cain and hope him and his family the best, but yeah imagine if killed a family in another car by accident, or maybe the guy he was looking for didn't even do it.

He’s lucky

Deserved more years to be honest

He was that stupid he was opening fire from a moving vehicle endangering others and in the end shot the wrong guy

I think we’d all have support for him if he actually just got the right guy

After that Epstein file dump recently, appears Cain is gonna be busy asf
Busy AF shaking hands, cheesing and grinning with the administration at the White House card.

It just comes down to right and wrong, if I can't do it, and you can't do it. Then Cain shouldn't be able to do it and basically get away with it just because he's a notable athlete. I would think that proud patriotic American constitutionalists in this thread would have some respect for the rule of law being applied evenly.

Even if he was a great shot who could tag the right guy in a crowded moving car. You don't go pulling out guns and firing into public areas as street punishment.
