Rumored Cain Velasquez is being released from prison tomorrow

Anyone of us normies would have served hard time, good for him getting out I guess...but he acted like a complete moron. That shooting could have caused the car to get into an accident and hurt other innocent people.

Sure, his heart was in the right spot and all... But he easily could have targeted the abuser alone in a much safer environment. It isn't hard to find people.

I don't know all the details, but I'm assuming the abuser was guilty and went to jail for his crimes? With the way people are talking, I'm assuming the abuser is 100% guilty?

He's guilty because Judge Dredd-Velasquez P.I. shot at him, which means there should be no doubt in anyone's mind he was the right guy.

Gotcha, thanks for letting me know. Like I said, I'm not super familiar with the case... But there was speculation that the accused's parents are involved or something? If that's the case, hopefully they are brought to trial also. Because it sounds like a lot of people defending Cain's actions were saying the parents definitely knew about the alleged abuse.

i'm not too familiar with the case either. the parents owned the daycare centre and that's where the accused allegedly abused cain's son.
 
Would be pretty "funny" if he came out and killed someone for real this time.
I like Cain like most of us be he fucked up big time.

He did nothing wrong and only people who supported the perps would disagree

Now that he will be released, he needs to get a lawyer and sue those evil parents to bankruptcy who protected their perp son and allowed those heinous crimes at that daycare centre to occur

Justice needs to prevail

In court on March 2, Velasquez was formally charged with

one count of attempted first-degree murde
one count of shooting at a motor vehicle
three counts of assault with a firearm
three counts of assault with a deadly weapon
one count of willfully discharging a firearm from a vehicle
one count of carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit a felony

8 months in jail
2 years 5 months with an ankle bracelet, "house arrest" but allowed to travel and work
9 months prison

So attempted murder gets you 9 months and a bit of jail time. Being a bad shot saved him from a life sentence.

That’s a low iq approach, however, he could and should have been more calculated in his approach.

Alas, he is a MMA fighter - which is a category that isn’t known for their high intelligence.
