Yeah. Pleading no contest isn't the same as pleading guilty. Sentencing is up in the air. Still possible he receives time served, or foo foo sentence.What do you mean "may" he's pled already. We are beyond the point of charges sticking. He has formally entered a plea of no contest to the charges brought by the people.
Now he will appear for sentencing.
