i have no clue if the guy did it or not, if he did he should be put away for life. but there was no physical evidence, no previous allegations, no other child reporting anything similar, and the only evidence is the testimony of a 4 year old. that alone simply doesn't warrant ramming a car off the road and emptying a clip into it, not ethically, let alone legally.

but that's besides the point, because what we're talking about is someone's ability to actually defend themselves against a pretty fucked up accusation. imagine for a second you were accused of this and suddenly the entire MMA world came down upon you calling for your execution. i assume you never diddled any kids, so you can probably imagine how absolutely fucked up that would be for you.
