I live in a county where the DA controlled the outcome of anything like that for his children, (Even when they were tried in a diff county) where even stuff like this would be shrugged off with probation (california btw). I really hope Cain has some good ties with his community and is let off on the lightest sentence possible and let out early.

I want to make note that one of these family members, tried to kill someone at a fucking super market with a huge knife, over NOTHING, and the DA got him off with a slap on the wrist, probation because he's one of his son's. He didn't even serve a single day of jail time.
