You would do further harm to the children by getting yourself put in the slammer for years, is that the right decision? I'm going to say it is the worst possible decision, and one must be smarter.

If he were accused of potentially hundreds of counts of a sexual nature against children, And there was credible evidence to support that, it's unimaginable to think he was released on his own recognizance.

We can all empathize with rage. But it’s how you handle it. Cain has done his family more harm than good. He acted like an immature infant. Not a man. Men make good decisions to protect their families not rash things that alleviate bad internal feelings such as anger.

I agree, if it was me I would've beat the brakes off of the perpetrator.

Without knowing really much details, I'll assume that Cain went to confront them, they fled in a car, he chased and caught up to them and tried to shoot the phile but ended up hitting the phile's daddy.

My vote of not guilty was this scenario that my mind created based on the intent and that according to the information the gunshot victim is expected to be fine.

Based on most other scenarios I would look at it differently but like I said I'm bias and would admit to such if called for jury selection.
