Lemme know what ya think!
I got a head of cabbage, some minced garlic, olive oil, bacon bits, and mozzarella cheese! I'll let you know how it goes after I make it tonight!

Okonomiyaki.

Tbt, I've lived off of cabbage as a "carb" substitute for almost 2 years when I was training and cutting weight.

Need details. Looks delicious

there are so many ways to come out of the closet yet you chose to do it like this.Trust me you gotta try this. I love cabbage cooked pretty much in any way... I love coleslaw....or boiled with vinegar and salt. But cabbage steaks are my new favorite, hands down. Plus cabbage is really good for you. I've read that it even boosts your T levels, so if you don't eat much of it, you should. But have you guys tried cabbage steaks yet? It tastes way better than it sounds.
Just drizzle olive oil over the cabbage slices and top with garlic. Season cabbage with salt and pepper. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven until the cabbage core is easily pierced with a fork, about 45 minutes. If you like it with a little crunch to it, you can cook it less than 45 mins. You can also bake it, fry it in a pan, or grill it. It's good either way.

I gather from the article, the pictured dish is Osaka style. Is that what you usually make? My wife makes a delicious one in the style of her region, but she's told me about how every area has a different style, and when we go in April, we're going to definitely going to try it in Osaka and Hiroshima to see how they compare. I have no doubt they'll all be delish.
