Cabbage steaks - have you tried these?

Having said that, I wouldn't be against trying them.

You should have a cabbage patch. It's a hearty food with lots of benefits. The mormons agree.

We'll be growing those once the green house is up. My property is shit for growing vegetables. Too rocky and too many hungry rabbits and deer.
 
Similar to kale chips. Any roasted crispy brassica is gonna be good.

Also I hate when steak is used for shit other than meat

I need to start growing cabbage right now. Fuck.

My Hungarian buddy told me how they used to make it back in the old country. It sounded well worth the effort to me. I haven't seen him in some time but if I do I'll ask him about it again. He loves talking about that.

Just make sure to cut the slices about an inch to an inch and a half thick. After that just follow the recipe in the OP. Fried, baked or grilled, they're awesome either way. Lemme know what ya think if ya try 'em

Cabbage steaks IMO sounds like soy milk.
There is no meat/muscle in cabbage, the same as there is no titties on soybeans.

But whatever floats your boat, if you like cabbage, go for it.
