Burger King makes political ad. Backfires.

<TrumpWrong1>
That's like saying all racism is just lies. Women are treated inferior by many men as evidenced by some of the posts in this very thread.
I'm not saying sexism on an individual basis isn't happening.

I'm saying the things I mentioned and alot of the other feminist theory they push are lies.

Its pretty simple, guys buy generic things that anyone can use. Women buy things that women use. So the item that is sold to the entire public sells more and therefore costs less. The item that is designed and specifically marketed to women sells less and therefore costs more.
Corporations want money, they dont give a shit if its mens money or womens. There is no conspiracy against women its all just business. If they price everything exactly the same then the general item everyone can use(mens) will either be more expensive to make things "fair" or the womens item will lose money and not be available.

The price of baby clothing depends on where you buy it. You are going to pay a lot more at Baby Gap than Wal-Mart or a used baby clothing store. The more important question is why would someone actually pay (and many people do) for expensive brand name clothing for a child who will grow out of it in a month?
From what I've seen, girl's clothing is 8% more expensive. I'm not arguing for or against the merit of baby clothing fashion or whatever. Just the price difference.

<Lmaoo>

What a completely unnecessary fuck up. Thanks for weighing in on gender equality, via the price of chicken fingers. Burger King's stance on this matter was keeping me up at night.

Oh' my god. I can almost guarantee they've hired or promoted some uber feminist as a head of advertising, and this was her first big project. Let's see, the ad doesn't promote the brand, the product, or the staff, and instead promotes some political agenda. Yep, definitely the work of some feminist SJW who is completely detached from reality.

Because of bias media, everyone thinks that being a liberal is the way to go.

Unfortunately for them, there's a huge silent majority that just says fuck that, and eat a dick.

Off the top my head the only place i know where woman get screwed is at the salon getting hair cuts and stuff.

A girl with long hair will pay more for a hair cut then a guy with equally long hair based only on the fact that she has a vagina. But the people who work at salons creating those prices are MOSTLY WOMAN.

Now that said. Fuck off burger king. I dont want political messaging from you, i just want a burger.

Here is strange one. My wife and I both have some cotton dress shirts. Mine are the typical thing and hers are just the women’s version. She always delivered my and her clothes in separate bags to the cleaner and they were charging her an extra $1.50 for her shirts. Our schedule changed and I started taking the shirts to the cleaners but I dumped them all into on bag before dropping them off. Suddenly we are paying the same lower price for all of the shirts.

Also, I do the shopping and have noticed that things like “women’s” deodorant costs more but the only difference is the scent.

I'm no marketing genius, but on it's face the ad seems counter productive and confusing. It wouldn't surprise me if the message went over a lot of peoples' heads, and all they were left with was wondering if Burger King actually sold "Chick Fries".

I think maybe they got lucky with the NN ad, and got a little cocky playing politics. Time to get back to basics, Burger King. You're here to sell us grease burgers. Stick to that.

Not sure if they got lucky, but they def got cocky herer, its just not an easy thing to pull off. You need an issue that is not going to trigger any group of people and find any side of the identity politics issue. NN was perfect for that. Here they are going head to head with the every cultural conservative, pro business/econimist, never mind the hoard of incels on the internet. I mean what is next a BLM add?

Burger King is a mediocre fast-food joint. They should just stick to advertising their food or come up with a new burger and advertise that. It is going to be interesting, embarrassing and hilarious to look back in 20 years and see all of the nonsense that was pushed in the name of social justice. There are going to be a lot of parodies and jokes made about the stupidity we are seeing now.

They just built a new burger king close to my house and now I'll eat it more often just to piss of TS.

It all depends on where you shop and what brand you are buying. Wal-Mart has girls and boys clothes you can get for $4. I know this because I have 2 nieces and a nephew and we buy them clothes once in awhile.

Yeah, that's the level of mentality I'd expect from you.

*takes bite of whopper*

"Yeah, take that @Yorkist!"

I'm convinced at this point that the guys who bring up incels in every thread are incels. Normal people don't even think in those terms.

Didn't watch but it is probably more truthful than BK commercial.

Not sure I' buying the dude's resposne. He states 3 differences b/t the razors without stating why that should cost more; for example, how/why does the blade angle increase the price of woemn's razors?

Secondly, dude states the difference is price is approximately 3% before tax. He seems to suggest thats not really enough to worry about. Not buying it- if you want to be cheap and save money, every penny counts.

That would be wrong just like how not every conservative that calls someone a cuck is actually a cuck. I course I am just using the term incel in a hyperbolistic way to describe the tendency to mansplaining on the internet. This is the WR after all.....

Was your response intended for me? I'm not sure what incels and cucks have to do with what I posted. I posted about people in the distant future mocking the ridiculous social justice fads of current times.

And good luck getting rid of her now.
