Law BREAKING: Democrats dealt HUGE BLOW as SCOTUS hands Trump BIGGEST WIN

I am not sure. I think i read that he was arrested on other charges and let go by the Biden admin.

Some mod moved my OP because i didn't include a description with the youtube video. Which is stupid because the video had the description in its heading. Whatever, it is what it is. But if you wouldnt mind editing your post that would be great, i don't mind if everyone thinks you made the thread, lol.

Well it’s weird because @Lead commented about me and criticizing me for my lack of post, which is now the OP. Which is some BS

Either it’s total incompetence or a setup on purpose , either way not surprised.

Not a really a win for trump...

The SCOTUS ordered that deportees must have due process before being deported, which is the crux of the issue that people are upset about.

4 of the 9 justices went further and declared that the deportations themselves are illegal, but they were overruled by the majority.

So, in my view this is a big loss for trump, as the court checked his power.

Shouldn't the Native Americans and First Nations' people feel the same?
No, they were straight up conquered.

If Tren de Aragua could invade the US and conquer the country, then they obviously couldn't be deported.

It was more of the SCOTUS telling the Left (or anyone) to knock off the case / judge shopping. They told the D.C. Court they had no business in Texas. It was basically a bitch slap to U.S. District Judges James Boasberg and the Left. Quit cherry picking cases and abusing the system... that's not how it's supposed to work and is an abuse of the Justice System by activist judges.

The actual merits of the case have not been fully decided, but it looks bad for the illegal immigrant criminals... however they do have some Due Process on identification as a "gang member" seems to be the focus.
The legislative creates the law, the judicial interprets the law, and the executive enforces the law.

One of these has been missing lately.

You saw the Arizona border "czar" go on a drunken redneck rampage earlier, too, huh?

Pretending Biden didn't deport or enforce immigration law is dumb, because the numbers are there.
Bullshit. He didn't prosecute illegal crossings and over saw the largest border crisis in the history of the country.

Wasn't the biggest border crisis in 2018, when 10,000+ migrants marched and Trump's admin was so overwhelmed they had to put kids in dog kennels?
No, and neither was the one where Obama put in dog kennels.
