I am going with Oliveira on this one but I think Chandler is a very live dog. I think this is do or die for Chandler. If he loses at his age he will never get a title shot in the UFC again (except if he is a last minute replacement). The bigger problem to me is what do you do with the winner? They shouldn't be fighting for a title off of one win.

I would say if Chandler wins then it is Chandler vs. Moicano for the next title shot. If Oliveira wins I say it is Oliveira vs. Hooker for the next title shot after Arman.

Chandler thinks he is the number 1 contender if he wins, but that could be the UFC doing him a solid as he stood by during the entire Conor fiasco. With Charles, it's hard to see the UFC wanting to make that fight again. Charles pulling out yet  again would be embarrassing.

There isn't anyone on a long win streak with a top 5 win so Charles vs Chandler makes sense for the next title shot unless the winner of Islam vs Arman is going to be out a while.

Moicano vs Hooker would be a good in the meantime.
