I had the cancer BEFORE I started taking high dose melatonin. I literally started taking it afterwards in part to prevent future issues and mitigate cancer risks of certain peptides I use. I highly recommend reading material from Dr. Russel Reiter and Doris Loh.

This is a misleading analysis that was recently released and which was quickly trashed by everyone even remotely knowledgeable on the topic. Correlation does not mean causation. The 'study' was not peer reviewed. Even if we take it seriously the additional risk was around 2% more. Melatonin is incredibly protective for a variety of conditions. I have been researching melatonin for years now.

I had my labs done a couple years back after two years of high dose melatonin. My numbers slightly improved from already healthy range for things like cholesterol. My testosterone was in the upper third of healthy and about fifty percent more than the average for men twenty years younger than me.

While my primary reasons for taking HDM is low grade chronic fatigue, cancer mitigation/prevention an d longevity there's also evidence it helps with many other issues like general inflammation levels, it boosts endurance (if you happen to be an endurance athlete), it has protective benefits against multiple substances, it boosts immunity, it helps the body kill viruses, bacteria and cancers. For example it kills cancers through about a dozen different ways.
