Bruh, Putin's reign is what happens when the deep state decides to take over. There is no deep state aside from Putin's cronies, they are the deep state.depends if it has moscow's blessing or if it is a fringe group with an agenda (e.g., russian version of deep state CIA, FBI).
also, lol at the administration did nothing. if they did anything, the story would be "trump overreacts to questionable intelligence."

Even a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in a while. How effective are Afghan assassins? Russians really like to waste what little money they have left.
If I remember correctly there was not many American deaths in last few years so ether the Afghans didn’t take the bounties or they were never offered as it obviously didn’t workBelievable, because I have articles from 1 or 2 years back that Russia was covertly supporting some Taleban forces. Other than wanting payback for the US supporting the precurssor to the Taleban, Russia would like the US to expend lives and resources.
What is shocking is that the news of the bounty is only breaking now.
Putin runs such a tight ship over there that I find it very hard to believe there would be such rogue elements in his government. And anyway this sounds like exactly the kind of thing Putin would do. If he didn't make the decision himself I bet it was made by an underling with a general directive that this course of action was supposed to work towards.there is always the possibility for deviation from the official strategy in any large country with a large military and intelligence organization, is all im saying. DC and moscow could be horse trading right now about what to do. if moscow admits it happened but says it was rogue operatives, DC has to decide if that is sincere, and what kind of reaction is warranted at that point. "friendly fire" is too generous a term for this scenario but intent matters. if the UK kills US forces in iraq accidentally, its not an act of war. paying a bounty is purposeful, but the question remains if this was fully sanctioned or not. if intelligence groups get a slush fund and use discretion to spend it on bounties, that specific action might not be sanctioned.
"Liberals" calling for war in this thread
Each video gets millions of views on twitter alone. One video got more than 20 million on twitter. These guys are not fucking around. They have gotten under trumps skin.By a group whose stated purpose is to elect Biden
If we pretend that Trump did not know about this (he did) and only learned about this just now, why is he not announcing what if any action he is taking to respond?
Because the source is BS. It isnt legit
